The history of Al's Cabinet Shop is traced back to Jon VanDaele, who brought Old World craftsmanship with him when he came to America from Oostnieuwkerke, Belgium with his family in 1928. He was a carpenter in his homeland, and when he settled in Monroe, he found a demand for his talents.
We'll take care of your project from start to finish - starting with your free consultation and ending with the room of your dreams. During your free consultation, we'll discuss your needs, priorities, deadlines, and other project details. We'll work with you to develop your vague ideas and napkin drawings into a fully-formed plan of action.

Al's Cabinet Shop came highly recommended to us and for a good reason. We are thrilled with our new cabinets. Tim went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the color and accent color on our cabinets. no one in the shop complained even though I made small changes more than once. we are very pleased with the quality, the response time, and the efficiency with which the guys made and installed our cabinets. our new kitchen is AMAZING!

I hired Al's for a major renovation project that involved new cabinetry in three rooms. Their showroom was organized showing the latest choices in cabinets and counter-tops. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Their prices were fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
