Arizona's Cabinet Refacing

From start to finish, we have had outstanding quality and professionalism from this company for our new kitchen remodel of our cabinets. We had AZ Cabinet Refacing construct new and additional deeper cabinets (15" vs 10" deep) and had the lower cabinets refaced while also having additional lower cabinetry built. We had no idea how this project would change the look to our kitchen.

The cabinets are absolutely beautiful and high end and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We had somewhat of a delay due to supply chain product issues however no one could have predicted the magnitude of how that affected all service industries. We also were able to work with their counterparts for our new countertops which went smoothly and had reasonable prices - Thank you John and your crew from Sunwest Granite!

We were able to contact both AZ Cabinet Refacing and Sunwest Granite and were given updates when requested as to when to expect our remodel to commence. Special praise to John Michael, Mercedes, Garrett, and Casey for giving us the best service possible and fantastic results. We couldn't be happier!

We love our new kitchen cabinets and island. We originally were going to reface most of them but the price for all new cabinets was so great that we ended up going that direction. Our island is so much bigger now! Jon-Michael was very patient in helping us make decisions and even through pandemic related delays I never doubted that we were in good hands. Mercedes, Ellen, and Kasey were all so nice and super helpful as well. We also had a great experience with John, the countertop representative. We enjoyed working with ACRC and definitely recommend them!

We had some Locker Room cabinets replaced by Az Cabinets. The service was top notch. Communication was stellar. They even got us on the schedule, to get the work done, sooner than we expected. In 2021 Arizona Cabinet Refacing Co. did my kitchen cabinets. I love them! The installer, Garret, was amazing. He cleaned up everything when he was done for the day and did such an amazing work that I am now having them do my master bathroom. This company definitely deserves five stars! We had our cabinets refaced 14 months ago and they did an excellent job. I was so happy with my new kitchen. However, in the last few months the paint started cracking. So I called them to make repairs. They agreed and ended up doing some sanding and repainting to repair the cracks. I am happy with the work and mostly very appreciative that the company stands behind their work. They promise that if I have any further issues they will continue to back their refacing product.

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom cabinets refaced and countertops replaced. Jon Michael was great to work with. He answered all of our questions, helped us make the best decisions for the colors/design and addressed any minor issues that came up during installation. We also had a great experience working with John and the installers for the countertops. The installer ensured our new kitchen sink fit perfectly in the new countertop. Overall, a great experience and we are happy with the refreshed look to our house.

This is based on 5 stars for the total cost and the finished results but 1 star for the headache of talking to these people. Our project consisted of adding some lower cabinets, refacing all cabinets, replacing countertops, and adding floating shelves. Arizona's Cabinet Refacing gives a 24-26 week timeline, but the project ended up taking about 33 weeks to complete.

The initial measurements were done early into the timeline, but after that I had to call about the new lower cabinets, then call about the countertop templating, then call about getting a date for the refacing, then call about an updated date for refacing after the first one had to be pushed because of what may have been a COVID outbreak (I heard different stories from different people).

The best number to reach their office isn't even listed on their website. The fabrication of the floating shelves didn't even start until what would have been our first install date. And they had to order the cabinet hardware 3 times to get it complete. The subcontractor for the countertops (Sunwest Marble & Granite) was very good to work with, but their timeline was impacted because of delays with getting the new lower cabinets. Arizona's Cabinet Refacing does very nice work. We love our new kitchen. But, given the choice to do it again, I'd probably look elsewhere.

Jon-Michael was excellent to work and stands behind their work. We had a few warranty items that needed attention and Jon-Michael was more them willing to handle all of them. The warranty work was done quickly and efficiently and my cabinets look as good as the day we originally purchased them. I will definitely utilize Arizona's Cabinet Refacing in the future.

What an excellent job Arizona's Cabinet Refacing Co. did! The refacing of my 23 year old cabinets and bar was done efficiently, meticulously and with precision. There was no mess and each day the installer cleaned up well. I now have a gorgeous, shiny and modern looking kitchen! Thank you AZ's Cabinet Refacing Company!
