I visited the showroom in October and the people were so nice and friendly. We left with high hopes and a promise that they would get back to us with a design in a few weeks. Called again after Thanksgiving and were told the design was complete but had to be reviewed by Jim. Received an email later saying the design was in review. Never heard from them again. I was really looking forward to doing business with them. I do not know why they never got back to us.too busy I guess.

Jim - and his team - did a great job installing an entertainment area in the lower level of our home. We basically installed a second kitchen. Jim was hands on every step of the way. From budgeting, to design, to installation, he made sure we were happy with every choice made, and if changes arose, he rolled with it so that we got a final product that would be exactly what we wanted.
He worked within our budget and came in on budget. Most importantly to us, we have guests coming for the holidays and he promised to have the room done by Thanksgiving. Well he was done THREE WEEKS early, which I have never, ever heard of and the space was immaculately clean and ready to go when completed. Could not be happier and would highly recommend to anyone.

We did a major overhall of our kitchen involving removal of walls to create an open space with installation of new cabinets and appliances. We now have an island with a Wolf range and new Wolf oven and microwave as well as a SubZero refrigerator. The work done is immaculate and we have had nothing but praise from friends we have invited to our home. The new arrangement is perfect for entertaining and my only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. Richard and Aileen

Athens Kitchen and Bath (AKB) did an amazing job renovating our kitchen! As a major renovation that involved taking down a wall, AKB truly transformed our kitchen into a space that our family will cherish for years to come. Although there are so many qualities about AKB that impressed us, we couldn't have been more thankful for the perspectives they provided about how the kitchen would fit and flow with the rest of the house.
From the beginning, Jim and all of the AKB staff were attentive to details.details we had not even considered. Jim asked great questions during the planning and design phase of the project that ultimately led to both a beautiful and functional kitchen we could have never imagined ourselves. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and considerate during construction. We would not hesitate to recommend Jim and AKB to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom project. We had Athens Kitchen and Bath come and put a new sink in the small bathroom and cabinets and counter tops in our larger bathroom. They got a sink that fit perfectly and it was a great price. I love the work they did with the cabinet and counter tops everything they do works really well. We were very happy.

The employees at Athens Kitchen Bath are delightful to speak with and are excellent communicators. Unfortunately, communication is all that ever happened. I left a message every week or two with the receptionist requesting a callback for a visit and quote over a 2-3 month period. In response, I received a single returned call in which we discussed setting a date to come to my house.
The follow-up call to set that date never happened. I felt a little silly to keep calling back, but the receptionist was so thoughtful and considerate that I kept feeling that perhaps they would call back. No such luck. I can't comment on the quality of the work done by Athens and Kitchen and Bath, but have heard that they do quality work. Unfortunately, my work was never a priority. While my job was a smaller job, I am not planning to call them up on larger jobs in the future as I have little faith in their ability to follow up or work to a timeline.
