Would recommend BKC hands-down! Jennie helped us update our original 1950s kitchen to a modern look that blended well with the rest of our home and was within our price point. She worked with the vision that we had and provided excellent recommendations on design elements we hadn't considered. When supply chain issues required that we switch cabinet makers to stay on our timeline, she helped make the change quickly and painlessly, even matching a specialty cabinet color. Additionally, she worked with us to design a custom vanity for our master bath that we love (all drawers)!

Even though our contractor did the install, BKC sent their installer to help make some adjustments to cabinets once we had moved in. Overall, an excellent experience with BKC. THANK YOU!

We worked with Heather at BKC for a major kitchen remodel. We asked for some specific design aspects that were nearly impossible in the space available but Heather's design gave us everything we asked for. Heather was always patient and offered great guidance and ideas when we ran in to complications. We also received excellent customer service from everyone else we dealt with at BKC from Tracy in the office to the guys at the distribution center and Nick the delivery driver.

There was a small issue with our hardware order that was immediately resolved, the CEO of BKC, Paul Hoff, sent a letter of apology and gift for any inconvenience it caused us. After having worked with Jennifer with a number of my clients as a residential architect, there was no doubt as to who to call when my wife and I were redoing our own kitchen. We love it! Jennifer was very creative in designing our kitchen to fit within the existing kitchen area in our 1949 ranch house. She helped us make some changes we requested along the way and followed through the completion- all during the pandemic- no small feat.

We worked with Jennifer at BKC to both design and install custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Jennifer helped us tremendously to visualize what our design would look like and was great about helping us work through the countless details. We thought that the visualization software Jennifer used was much better than other cabinet designers we talked to.

The cabinets arrived on-time to help us meet our project schedule and Danny did an amazing job on the install. The finished project looked exactly like the planned design and we had no major issues during the whole process. Jennifer was very responsive during install and helped us answer questions from our contractor as well. We had one issue with some crown molding and Jennifer helped us fix this issue right away. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of both the design and the cabinetry we received by working with BKC.

We remodeled our kitchen from head to toe. The cabinets were an essential part of the design as it is open to the rest of our home. Our designer, Mary Jenkins, was amazing to work with. Professional, timely, had great recommendations for placement of things based on her experience, and kept within our budget. Every cabinet and storage space mattered, since we have a small home!

We also used their installation service and was extremely impressed. Our home was built in 1910, so you can imagine nothing is straight. They did an incredible job making everything look square, straight and professionally installed. We love the look of our cabinets, we couldn't have configured a better layout without Mary, and are extremely happy with the color and quality!

We absolutely recommend BKC for your cabinet needs! We were unexpectedly launched into a kitchen remodel because of a water leak while we were gone on vacation. We turned to BKC after our neighbors recommended them from a job they'd done 17 years prior. We were lucky to be able to work with Paul, who was a master at helping us make the most of a small kitchen footprint and moderate budget by maximizing our usable cabinet space and recognizing our style preferences quickly.

The finished work is beautiful and a huge upgrade from our previously outdated kitchen that got abruptly torn out. Beyond the cabinet decisions, Paul even helped advise on the process of how to rebuild the kitchen from the studs up to maximize our efforts. The manufacturer ended up sending an incorrect cabinet insert despite the correct item order number and the people at BKC got it all straightened out without hesitation. Brian was sent to get it switched after it came in and tweak little things to help make sure everything worked exactly how we wanted. This company takes care of their clients and stands by their work. We couldn't be happier. Note: The cabinets are actually lighter than my pictures show.

We recently completed a major residential remodel that included cabinetry for the kitchen and two bathrooms as part of the overall plan. We used three companies, a General Contractor, a high end appliance store and BKC Kitchen and Bath. By far BKC was the best partner. We interviewed three separate design companies and chose BKC. Jennie Showers was our designer and did an excellent job of guiding us through the process and producing a beautiful design. Paul Harrison was our installer and his attention to detail was amazing. We absolutely love our new cabinetry and would highly recommend BKC to anyone who is looking to do a remodel and get the right design and cabinets.
