I can't say enough good things about Boston Cabinets! Marissa was a pleasure to work with. She designed the kitchen of my dreams and made the experience as stress free as possible. When a few doors arrived damaged from the manufacturer, Marissa came out to address them and got replacements going asap. I know these things happen but having her handle the situation so quickly and professionally really helped relieve any stress. It was so worth it!

I met Marissa and years ago and immediately knew she was the designer for me. She designed my kitchen in Beacon Hill and it was amazing. Marissa is professional, attentive, reliable, knowledgable, and literally the sweetest person. I own numerous rental properties and she upgrades all my kitchens and baths - at least 20 units so far. I know her work is so perfect that I do not even need to see the designs for approval. She and Peter are the best in the business and I recommend them to any of my friends and colleagues. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

Called the place, someone picked up, I've requested someone to call me back. I filled out their contact form phone to call me for project needs. After two weeks, no call, nada. Called their office, apparently someone is working! If this is how you treat your potential customer, I definitely don't want to do business with you. I can not say enough great things about Boston Cabinets! Marrisa and Peter went above and beyond to help us with our new kitchen. We shopped for almost 1.5 years before we finalized on Boston Cabinets. The quality, professionalism & patience Marrissa and Peter brought to our project, along with the reasonable cost, made our project a pleasant experience.

Most design places charge $1500 for their design and 3D photos. They did it for free! We changed our design, color, size, install date etc. several times and they accommodated us every step of the way. We were blown away with the level of service this company provides. Peter came to the site twice to make sure everything was on track and Marrissa came to check on things several times. They understood our vision and provided us with the right guidance. I receive compliments on my kitchen almost everyday!

I am beyond thrilled with my new kitchen! I can't thank Emily and Peter at Boston Cabinets for their professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness. Peter and his team are great! We have been through a couple of kitchen renos over the years and had a firm we liked working with in the past, but even after several rounds, the challenge of finding ways to affordably add more storage and an updated look to our small kitchen remained beyond their capabilities. We found Boston Cabinets through our carpenter and were amazed at how quickly they were able to come up with a plan that met all of our goals. Peter found us a great product that was nicely made but not too costly, flexible but not custom.

Product arrived on time and on budget and when a couple of pieces were not right, he not only handled the reorder immediately, he paid for the additional install cost himself, Real pros, great to work with, highly recommend.

I've had my new kitchen about a year and 1000% VERY SATISFIED! I went with Boston Cabinets because they designed a kitchen for me that belongs on the cover of Architectural Digest. But looking back, I see their excellent selection of product and the hand crafted way they installed it, just reinforce my decision to give them 5 stars. Boston Cabinets = Highly recommended! A++++

Hateful manner, juvenile, and threats is how you want to categorize my wife and I. Well, I had the signed contract price change the day the cabinets needed to be ordered. How would any client feel about that? Seven months of emails, calls, and having to resort to legal representation and filing a Chapter 93A Demand letter to get an offer to fix the mess we were given by Boston Cabinet.

How would any client feel about that? Having 3 orders of doors be worse than the set before it. How would any client like that? Your deceptive tactics, lack of ownership of issues of the product you sold us, and absolutely no remorse of having us go through 18months of looking at crappy cabinets; yeah, I am NOT a fan of Peter Carr. I was very upfront with Peter and told him that if he would not fulfill his signed contract regarding the product he sold us, that I would make my experience known via Social Media.

He responded by having a lawyer send me a threatening letter, claiming defamation. Well, it's not defamation if its true and the lawyer went away with my offer to provide the detailed timelines and emails of our interactions. Your threats will not deter me from educating fellow consumers about how we were treated and you have strengthened my convictions to report you to the Better Business Bureau and every other medium.

If I could give zero stars, I would. One and a half years after we hired Boston Cabinets to redo our kitchen in out Milton home, the project is not complete. We have already had to have the brand new cabinets refinished (which Boston Cabinets did pay for) and we still have a few remaining issues. We are not complainers. I have never written an online review. but the customer service was so unfair and disheartening.

I know Peter was frustrated when the cabinets arrived damaged over and over again, but he refused to take responsibility for a year. We paid upfront.in full. We sured learned a big lesson! Do not hire someone who simply will not stand by his or her product. Just don't!
