This company is not interested in helping homeowners with remodel projects as the are "stepping away" from remodels. Do not waste your time with them unless you are doing new construction, and even then I'd be careful. I wanted them to replace the builder grade cabinets that they installed in 2014 that are falling apart. After measuring, I was told that they were not interested in my remodel business as they are too busy with new houses to concern themselves with my remodel project. Do yourself a favor, If you are in Fayetteville NC, or the surrounding area, find someone else.

I have a water leak in my home which caused a complete rip out of my kitchen. Brock cabinets was the company the who put new cabinets in and I am still having to redo almost everything they did. They did not take responsibly for the mistakes they made, This is NOT a company you want to work with if you want quality work.

Awesome experience. They were very courteous and professional. They helped design my kitchen cabinet layout and got my countertops and cabinets built and installed quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Abner and Miguel, came to fix a wobbly kitchen island. They were respectful and had all the tools needed to do the job the first time and do it right. Based on there representation of Brock cabinets I would recommend them to anyone.

Carlos and Pete came out to do some touchups on the cabinets for our house. They worked fast, and were friendly and personable. We love the cabinets so far. They even talked about the warranty and how we could just call of we had any issues. Great service so far.

The staff at the Fayetteville branch at Brocks is Awesome! The techs and installers are always well equipped, capable and service the raleigh/Durham area. This is convenient because as a home builder I have projects in several cities. Elaine Davis, The service manager here responds quickly, formulates solutions and always makes sure the techs show up on time. This type of service is consistently delivered very professionally.

I had a water leak in the kitchen and had to replace the cabinets and countertops. They were very unprofessional. The hole for the faucet in the granite countertop was too close to the wall. They did not take any responsibility for this. They would not fix it. I had to rip out the window sill and replace it so my faucet would fit. They told me I had to get a new ceiling because they could not level the cabinets with the ceiling.? Really? You do this all day every day and Its My fault the ceiling is uneven? Don't bother with these guys. It will cost you more and alot of headache.

Donna was nothing but friendly and professional. I would swear she doesn't sleep. She was there to answer any questions at, what seemed like, any hours asked them. The installation went off without a hitch and our kitchen is better than expected. We have 3 more add on jobs for them when we're ready.

Did business with them in 2001 and they were fantastic; cabinets appliances etc. Now, not so much. Recently contacted them to repair or replace cabinets damaged by a water leak or at least for advice on how to proceed but was rudely told they were"swamped" with work and in essence not to bother them and no, mr brock could not be disturbed with my petty issues My advice, go somewhere else with bet ter customer service rather than "swamp" them with your business Too bad because due to the rudeness, they lost out on the opportunity for a least a few thousand dollars of what for them would been a small investment of time and effort.

I can't speak for Brock Cabinets actual product because I never had them install. They were the cabinet people picked by our builder but after over a month of trying to get pricing for upgrades we wanted and was getting no answer! I called, sent emails and then had the builder reach out! I found a different cabinet contractor! I was trying to pay them more money and couldn't get a call back or answer, I can only imagine how hard it would have been if they'd installed and been paid and I needed them to fix an issue.

Worst customer service around. I spoke to Megan to find out about getting touch up paint for cabinets, she was very sweet and told me their service guy was gonna be in the area and would drop it off to me but never showed up. Called Megan many times and left messages also emailed her and never responded back in a 3-4 week period. I've spoke to the front desk and told her what was going on & she went to service to find out and said they do have my color cabinets in stock and will have them call me and I don't hear from them in a day or 2 to call back.

Never heard from them. I called the front desk again & she spoke to service and again they said their service guy will be in the area on Thursday & Will leave the touch up kit at your front door. That service guy again never showed up Thursday or Friday. So now I have to call back on Monday. This is getting to be ridiculous, if you don't want to give me touch up kit just say so. Beware of customer service.

I'm a First-Time-Homeowner learning the ropes as I go. I'd bought a house with plans for a (reasonable) bathroom remodel. Namely; to replace custom hunter green tub, toilet & sinks with a conventional color more to my liking. Did not understand what I was getting into. Turns out those green sinks were glued down with construction adhesive, they came up with a crow bar, lots of swearing, and chunks of laminate still attached.

So last Saturday I discovered that I need a new countertop. Sunday I go to Lowes. They don't stock ANY countertops of the dimensions I need. But of course I can order one. The minimum dimensions of material is 20 sqft. I don't need that much but they'll happily fulfill my order if I pay as if it were a 20 sqft order. That would be $286 for a 72"x22" laminate countertop (I'm over budget by now).

And it'll take a month. Errr.thanks but no. Monday I drive an hour to Brocks. I'm thinking maybe they have some excess material in house that will work and not be too expensive. I introduce myself to the nice lady at the counter (Hannah), tell her my sobb-story and gain no small measure of sympathy by showing her the "before" picture. She calls one of the guys from the workshop to take me to the warehouse and look at what they have on hand. Lo and behold!

They have the exact material I'd priced at Lowes, already cut at the correct dimensions. It's excess from another order, on discount, and just sitting in a corner waiting for me. Excellent: "I'll take it, plus two side splashes and please cut the sink holes for me. How much, and when can you have it ready?" The answer: "$95, and we're loaded down with orders right now, but come back around lunch on Thursday." Friendly people, great price, quick turnaround, perfect fit! Thank you for helping me finally put this project to bed!

One of the worst companies I have come across. They installed our cabinets in our new house and the builder suggested we go back to them for touch up paint. After several calls to Megan we still have not received what we were promised. They basically do not take care of their customers and would not recommend them to build anything. To this day we have still not received return call or anything showing as a good company who backs their customers. Stay away, far away from them if you take pride in your house.

Horrible customer service! Cabinets in my new house are flaking and peeling. Found out from a delivery driver, who was in my house that used to work for Brock, that they(Brock) were in a lawsuit with their cabinet makers for providing faulty stained cabinets to them. Brock themselves did not reach out to us once to let us know we might have a defective batch of cabinets.

In fact, when we called them, they said according to their records, we did not get part of the batch that was involved in the lawsuit. We told them they were mistaken, and continued to argue with them until they agreed to send someone out. But, at this point, what's the point. The cabinet doors are peeling and flaking off, and they're less than a year old.

About a year ago Brock took one of our cabinet doors to color match to the rest of the shelving system. We were supposed to get all new cabinet doors in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. One year later, many unreturned calls later, we're still missing the door they took for color matching, with no idea if we'll ever get new doors. My kitchen looks extremely tacky with one big cabinet door missing. Thank you Brock Cabinets for standing behind your product and keeping your customers well informed! Cannot recommend this company ever!

I purchased a microwave from you Brock Cabinets. The microwave had to be shipped from Southern Pines, I bought it sight unseen. My sales representative was Kimberly. I was assured the microwave worked and it matched the stove I purchased. However, upon receipt of the microwave, I found out it doesn't work. Their office closed shortly after I had gotten the microwave so I sent an email advising that it didn't work, Attn: Kimberly.

I a call Monday from Kimberly saying all sales are final. I was then referred to GE. I sent then an email Monday advising "I was assured the microwave worked, it was shipped from another location. Why would i choose to waste 200 on something that I couldn't use. I have spent about one thousand dollars in your store. I feel this is very poor customer service.

I would like a refund for this microwave as soon as possible I had to purchase another microwave since stove I purchased from you all had to also be installed. I hope we can come to an agreement in this matter." The email that I received today says that after Kimberly spoke with the president of the company he to is referring me to GE.After the rude customer service I received from her when purchasing my products now they are refusing to give me my money back. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase any appliances from them. Thank you

Pretty much a terrible business. Our home builder recommended them for our cabinets and they did a terrible job. Needed some repairs done later and they said they had to charge us BEFORE doing the repairs. I would highly discourage anyone from using them.
