Customer Testimonials

My home project which was creating an additional room in my home was done exceptionally well. My Project Manager was Brian. He was very professional and accessible. He made my vision a reality when my husband doubted it and now loves it.
The construction team and Buck the Electrician were very knowledgeable and experts at their tasks. I wouldn't use any other company for home renovations. Their smart. Everyone was on time, clean, thorough, licensed, insured, trusting and professional.
I am known to be very picky and at times indecisive because I am a perfectionist. CASE/Fred met all of my expectations and I had a great first time renovation experience.

Case Design Remodeling was one of the companies I called to give me a bid on a job after the contractor we selected to do the job decided it would not do. Our project was more of a cosmetic renovation and we had many of the materials needed to complete the work, so we decided to go with another vendor because it's more of a general contractor job. However, I will say that I was impressed with Lisa Cortright's responsiveness, with the professionalism of their project management approach -- far superior to some other vendors I've seen. I've also seen photos of their work -- beautiful. They also know their stuff with respect to environmentally preferable materials and methods. I will definitely be calling Case for a bid when we are ready for our next big project.

I had a bathroom remodeled and a kitchen floor replaced by Case Design. I was very happy with the entire experience with all Case staff. The initial phase of design was led by Lisa, and she was extremely helpful; without her help, the finished project would not look so terrific. Her assistance in choosing styles and colors was invaluable and very time-saving. She was also very responsive by phone and email throughout the project.

I was especially impressed that the cost and the timeline of the project did not change from start to finish. The lead project manager, carpenters, and tile men were always professional and personable. There was someone working each day, all day throughout the project timeline. I have had several remodeling projects done in my home, but this was the first time that work was done every day on the project.

I would strongly recommend Case Design to others. Besides the excellent customer service, the work was of high quality.

My wife and I have used Case Design for a complete kitchen makeover and Case's "Fred" handyman service for several smaller jobs. Most recently, Doug B visited us to replace a number of cabinet hinges and to adjust a bathroom door so that it closes properyl. In every instance, Case has been completely professional, thorough, and dependable. As a plus, their craftsmen have to a person been pleasant, courteous, and enjoyable. Don't look for the least expensive fix. Go with a company like Case that gets the job done correctly and stands behind their work.

Thank you again for everything, working with you, and the Case team, has truly been a great experience. We are thrilled with the craftsmanship of the work and the manner in which our home, and our dog, was treated during the whole project. Including the contract and payment process - from the services and work being delivered as promised, to the credit we received for the overestimate. I look forward to working with you, and Case Design, again in the future!

Case Design redid our kitchen and did a fabulous job--it involved enclosing an old backporch; enlarging our dining room; turning the old kitchen into a pantry; and adding a half bath. Matt Dirksen was the designer, who was tremendously patient and helpful. We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. The new kitchen is gorgeous and the entire first floor has been reworked and is much more functional. Moreover, Case stands by their work; they have always addressed any concerns we have and worked with us on follow-up projects. We highly recommend them.

CASE did a fantastic job with my Kitchen and Bath remodel. It was a process and they had a great team bring everything together. I went to a seminar first which helped explain the process and expectations. A lot a work went into the design to keep my plans and budget together. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Quality work and very reliable! I've gone back to Case again and again.

From Our Website

Nobody provides quality like Case. With our Safe Home Program, you will also be protected. It is our commitment built on 4 pillars: Worksite Personnel & Practices, Safety, Stability and Healthy Home. Learn more at the "Safe Home" blog below.

We've spent 60 years developing people and processes that seamlessly combine custom design solutions, professional project management, and expert craftsmanship-which means that from us, you should expect nothing short of true excellence. We are architects and remodelers. Designers and project managers. Makers and artisans. Being one of us means being passionate about what you do, and the people who depend on you. It means ideating, innovating, and collaborating to make the incredible happen every day.

We're a team of visionaries, but we recognize that some things should be consistent every time. For example, our unique approach to the remodeling process is tried and true. It's so effective that we had to give it a name: The CaseStudy. We guide you through every step, using 3D virtual renderings to bring new possibilities to light. At every phase of our work, we'll maintain strict attention to time and budget. We incorporate your feedback and give you everything you need to make well-informed decisions.

We'll work with an engineer to finalize structural details and procure permits required to proceed. You'll meet with your Project Manager and talk about work flow, location of tools/equipment, and next steps during an on-site project review, setting a date for a weekly check-in to monitor progress. Your Project Manager (PM) is in charge of ordering and receiving materials, managing the team of craftsmen and trade experts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring project quality. If you ever want to review upcoming tasks or ask a question, your PM will be there.
