After my first experience with Dr. Elina Kats, she has now been my go-to dentist for the past 5 years. Dr. Kats and her amazing team have made my fear of going to the dentist so much more pleasurable. She has the perfect touch when it comes to dental work and stays engaged with her clients throughout the entire process. I not only would refer her but I also trust in her expertise.

Dr. Kats is a great dentist. Dr Kats takes the time to explain everything. Her staff are very helpful and kind. Dr Kats and her staff will make your dentist experience a better one. I highly recommend her.

Bad experience. Dentist was enjoying and watching news on television while facing away from me (the patient). Only did Cleaning and the dentist was definitely more aggressive than any other dentist I've been to. Left my gums bleeding afterwards. One of my teeth now is very much open and exposed than before. I went to another dentist for cleaning later, no bleeding whatsoever. No bad experience with the receptionist, however.

They def make sure you're good and do their job the right way. I recommended this place to my whole family and we all switched. I never had to wait more than 15 ministers and the receptionist is really nice and accommodating (rare). Book your appointments or don't cause that's less waiting for me lol

Dentist herself is really good, but front desk person is an absolutely irresponsible, She doesn't have any sense of urgency. We explained her that the patient is in pain, need a prior authorization from the doctor to get a procedure done. She said the week before that it will be done Thursday by another employee. We clearly mentioned whatever happens please let us know cause it is urgent to get that procedure done. Friday we call and no response from the office, sat, sun, go by. Monday she's says we can do the process ourself and no they haven't done anything about it. So at this point I am fed up with this office. I hope the doctor gets better employees fitted for the job.

Found her through ZocDoc. She and her staff are polite, she does take time explaining the work you need done BUT service is the worst. Overbooked. Only able to schedule fast for cleaning and fillings(I'm guessing insurance approve these fast or w/o proof of medical necessity). Never asked or specified that my insurance covers composite filling. Even for out of pocket paid services, she never gave me an option for fillings.

When I first asked for a composite filling, she said that it will fall off because they are ineffective. She purposely gave me an improper filling after repeatedly asking for a composite filling. All tooth she worked on: did a root canal, crown and filling had an issue. I never returned and changed my dentist who told me that composite filling aren't likely to fall off. I'm currently dealing with having her work fixed with my new dentist. AVOID THIS PLACE.

My first visit with Dr. Katz was March 2021 and it will not be my last. Dr. Katz and her team are very professional, patient, and friendly. The office is clean and welcoming. I've been there three times for service and felt well attended each time. She listened to my concerns and gave me the best options to address them. Although it takes me almost two hours to commute to her office, I have to say it's worth it.

I've been going to Dr. Kats for the past 7 years, prior to her I was always afraid of going to the dentist but the first appointment reassured me that she would be my forever dentist. I find her to be very pleasant and knowledgeable, always searching for the best possible solution before each treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a competent caring dentist. Dr. Kats is the greatest dentist I've ever had. Went for my first checkup a few months ago and told me everything that was wrong with my teeth. She then sent into all my referrals and approvals in the same day and made an outline plan for my procedures. She made my root canal treatments and other procedures fast and painless. The best!
