We provide the home owner, general contractor, architect or interior designer with all the services and products needed to create the most exquisite cabinet layout tailored to your needs. Our design staff is specially trained in every aspect of new home construction and remodeling. We use the latest cabinet design software, that allows us to show you 3-D color pictures of what your cabinets or new kitchen will look like. If you have a question we cannot answer right away, we will get the answer for you quickly.

What forms of payment do you accept? Cash & Checks, we do not accept Debit or Credit Cards. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can, as long as we have not ordered any special items for the project and have not started construction. Do you require a down payment? We ask a 50% down payment on all projects where the customer is not using a General Contractor.

Had a custom picture frame I needed duplicated and Dermeister perfectly matched it. They also made adjustments to a desk surface so it retrofitted into my new office. Horrible customer service! We asked for a quote back in May and didn't hear back for 2 months. I called back and they said they would get back to me. Another month goes by and nothing. I call back and I was assured I would have a phone call in a couple of days. 2 weeks goes by and nothing. Finally I told them I would take my business elsewhere if I didn't get a phone call immediately.
A woman called and apologized and set up a time and day to come and verify measurements and take a sample piece. Today was the day.no show and no phone call. To say I am frustrated is an under statement. I am taking my money and business to one of their competitors. Shame on you Der Meister for treating your customers so poorly!

Laurie had great design ideas and Mark and his team delivered. Coordination with the Cut in Stone and Nelessen refinishing was flawless for minimum kitchen down time. We turned/enlarged the island, turned a cluttered desk area into a beautiful bar space and a number of other smaller changes. Attached are some before/after pics.
