Q: Does granite stain? A: Usually not. Although granite is naturally stain resistant, if not sealed with an impregnating sealer staining can occur. Q: Why are there pits and cracks in the stone? A: Granite is a product of nature and as such, subject to variation in shades, color and grain structure.

We moved into a new home and selected Level 3 granite from Dippold. The granite was installed by Dippold under Handler (our home builder) supervision The countertop is filled with over 400 HUNDRED pits and chips and Dippold has failed to respond or replace excessively damaged countertop. Very bad customer experience and lack of follow up from Dippold management.

Dippold installed quartz kitchen counters 6 years ago in our newly built home. For the last 2-3 years, someone has had to come out and refill the seam, which dissolves overtime. I called in December of 2021 and was told, someone would call to schedule an appointment to come and repair it, again. I've not heard from them still, and have called and left messages a couple more times. I guess customer satisfaction is not high on their list. Very disappointed!

I'm not one for reviews, but this company is a disaster to work with. Poor communication, sloppy work with bad measurements (multiple times), missed timelines, and this was all after the first slab of countertop had what looked like smeared fingerprints below the seal and scratches all over the place. We were told sometimes there are imperfections in the rock. This is just a poorly ran business, and they leave their own installers out to dry. Just use someone else, regardless of the quote.
