DO NOT have them do work that involves plumbing! And they DO NOT stand behind warranty. $35k Worth of work done 6 months ago, so much water damage during reno that now wish we had never had them in our home. Now have been trying to get warranty work done for 3 months. If you live outside Denver area look elsewhere for a local company. Great salesman has retired and 2 bathroom workers were the only ones that did the right thing and did good work.

These guys took my money and did some of the work but can't seem to finish. Meanwhile I haven't been able to use my shower for months. Don't give them your money till they finish.if they ever do! Lots of excuses snd no action.

We had all of our windows replaced by these guys, about half of them several years ago and the other half just now at the end of December. They did a great job especially considering the inclement weather we had to deal with. One of the window sashes had a small defect and they are going to replace it as soon as it comes in. We are happy with our windows!

Don't use dun rite. They don't communicate or do what they say. They did not do our kitchen in the time frame they said they would. Took almost a month and a half when they did they could get it done in a week. We had our cabinets reached and some of the pieces started to fall off. They said they were going to do cove molding at the top but did square and refused to change it.

Had our master bath, shower and bathtub replaced and new tile on wall and shower. We got a few estimates and Dun-Rite was the highest, but I went with them because it seemed like a family run local business and seemed to have good reviews. Thomas did an outstanding job on the tile work, fast and efficient. The rest of the job was not. The plumbing hot/cold was reversed. OK, we're all human.

We also had multiple leaks into our laundry room on the 1st floor below the master bath. The shower door was installed crooked, the splash guard came loose and was hanging off, the rubber molding around the shower glass came loose and was hanging off after using the shower 3 or 4 times. We didn't use the shower for awhile over the holidays with out of town guests due to the multiple leaks and puddles on the laundry floor.

All in all, probably 4-5 service calls until finally the project supervisor came and seemed to fix the problem. What a complete mess. The owner's daughter called and was very nice, offered to send us a restaurant gift certificate. She apologized to my wife for the poor communication. My wife told her it was poor workmanship not communication. The whole thing was eventually "Dun-Rite" but only after many things were definitely Dun-wrong. We paid over $20,000. We have other projects that we'll search for someone else.

Was very pleased with my service. Ken fixed my shower door literally 20 minutes after I called for a service appointment. He was in the area and was free to come look at my problem. Door is fixed!

We went with Dun Rite and are glad we did! We received three quotes, Dun Rite was the best out of the three and they did not disappoint. They walked us through the process step by step, we had our entire kitchen remodeled and they did a fabulous job. The bathrooms will be our next project and we will definitely be going through Dun Rite!

Customer service is awful! Never call back-- will not schedule repairs. We purchased a home with an existing Dun-Rite floor-- the original owners had called for 2 months to schedule the floor repairs. We have called numerous times to get them to come out and look at the floor-- the tiles are lifting and causing a tripping problem.
