So glad Euro Stone did our fabrication and install. We are so pleased with the outcome. The process was smooth and Euro Stone let us know what to expect after each step. The full height backsplash looks amazing.

We've used Eurostone 3 times. They installed our bathroom countertops and we were very happy so we used them for our fireplace surround. The fireplace surround had some issues but Eurostone did their best to make it a positive outcome and we are enjoying the beautiful granite.

Fantastic Service! I was in a pinch with my contractor and needed my countertop expedited. Euro Stone was able to measure, cut, and install the beautiful granite countertop in under a week! Strongly recommend.

Euro Stone Craft was great to work with. They are very responsive and thorough. We worked with Haeri for quoting and she was great at answering all questions we had. The installation went smoothly and our client was very happy with the end result!

I was introduced to EuroStoneCraft through a Home Depot kitchen designer when I was deciding on a quartz countertop for my major kitchen renovation. From the moment I interacted, in person and by phone, with the Herndon showroom's team, as well as via email and text with their rep for Home Depot and their scheduling coordinator, EuroStoneCraft's staff were an absolute joy to work with - and I DO mean "with" since everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and, best of all, genuinely interested in ensuring my experience went smoothly and without a "hitch" - a VERY rare event when doing major hime projects! Todd Layton, the sincerely friendly, zero pressure, knowledgeable + patient Herndon Showroom Manager, went above + beyond, allowing me to visit the showroom (mask on of course!) to see their wide variety of quartz slabs in larger form + walked around the selection warehouse with me as I bombarded him with questions; he then let me come back another time so I could better decide between 2 slabs, again applying no pressure to me + helping me finalize my decision; Francisco, the Home Depot EuroStoneCraft rep + Todd let me come 1 last time so I could see 1 of the gorgeous slabs that had been reserved for my Order. Did I mention that Todd's integrity + true interest in customer satisfaction shown through when he was honest enough to mention a couple of other stone companies that Home Depot deals with who might have other selections EuroStoneCraft may not carry - what Manager tells you about competitors in this day + age!

Right then + there, I knew I wanted to stay with EuroStoneCraft as the quartz supplier. Francisco (the rep) could not have been any friendlier, organized + attentive through his quick replies + answers via email + phone. The gentleman (subcontractor) who came to my home (sorry, forgot his name) was a prompt, organized, focused professional with an eye to precise detail). Jamee, who scheduled the installation visit, kept me abreast on date/likely arrival time through frequent, informative, timely emails. Rachel, a friendly, enthusiastic "inside sales specialist", showed me the quartz slab reserved for my Order + genuinely shared my appreciation of the slab's beauty. Finally, Gana, the subcontractor who, along with his assistant, not only came 2 hours earlier than planned (when does THAT ever happen, right!) but did a superb job (along with under mount sink installation) + relayed valuable info regarding quartz care + even backsplash questions I had.

My Cambria Summerbrook quartz looks absolutely gorgeous + the ease of experience dealing with EuroStoneCraft has made all the difference. By the way - for those of you trying to decide between 2 quartz patterns, go with your esthetic "gut" even if needing to spend more on your final choice. My initial choice, also excellent quality, was "practical" + less $$ but I knew it was the Cambria Summerbrook that really caught my eye. I am SO happy I went with the extra $$ because this is something you will be looking at every day for however long you remain in your home. Be nice to yourself!

The people at Euro Stone Craft are absolutely the best! Francisco was exceptional in making sure the design fulfilled my dreams! The countertop was measured and cut to precision! Jamee's kindness was so welcomed in scheduling my install! Gana's crew did an amazing job putting in my kitchen countertop and sink! Mohamed, who installed the plumbing for the garbage disposal and faucet, worked with such ease! Thank you so very much for the tremendous work you all did! My kitchen is absolutely beautiful and better than I ever imagined! Rebecca Ruelas

Can't say enough about how professional and cooperative these folks are. They show up on time with a can-do attitude, great communication, and do very high-quality work. Our urban townhouse is not the easiest in terms of parking and access but they took it all in stride. From template process to countertop and backsplash install it was a pleasure to work with this team.

We were sent here by our general contractor for countertops and a shower bench. I was unimpressed with their staff who were condescending and indifferent to us and our business. At fabrication, they attempted a last-minute cash grab for a special edging to the material of dubious benefit, which cost $100/sink cutout. The final insult was that they failed to keep their delivery window and did not even have the courtesy to let us know they would not be showing up. Three hours of my life waiting that I will never get back. Go elsewhere, my friends, there are many quality tile shops out there. Euro Stone is not among them.

Didn't communicate well with us as clients. Didn't follow our diagram and accurate measurements on a bathroom threshold. When we explained that they made a mistake and provided the identical measurements and diagram for the same exact replacement threshold, they accepted no responsibility and charged us to cut a new threshold. Not courteous or kind. Would not take responsibility for there error.

Five stars. First, some context. I'm in the process of updating my Father in Laws' house, in order to put it on the market. I'm trying to keep to a tight budget, however. We bought and installed stock cabinets from Home Depot, but found that we could get some special buy granite for $1 more a sq ft than laminate. Euro stone craft was the subcontractor.

They showed up on time for the initial measurement, and showed up on time for the install. Jamee was the measurement tech, and Ugi was the installer. Every interaction with them was extremely professional, and I am extremely happy with the work that they did. TY, Euro Stonecraft!

Soapstone buyers beware. We went with this company after a couple of trusted recommendations from those in the industry, so we were surprised by and very disappointed with the botched installation, including visibly crooked placement of slab, significant damage to our drywall, and damage to the stone around cutouts (which the installation crew hid by leaving our cooktop in place after fitting it).

The drywall and slab placement actually still have issues even after they came out to fix them - they sent the same installation crew. Most importantly, after seeking independent consultation from a soapstone company, it turns out that, as we suspected, the "black soapstone" is phyllite/slate. It's been ~6 weeks since install and payment in full and we haven't been able to get a response from the company to resolve the problem. An asst showroom manager called after a couple weeks of ignored emails/calls post-install as a favor to our kitchen designer, who also graciously followed up a couple times on our behalf.

The asst showroom manager wasn't involved with our purchase/install, apologized on behalf of the company, and mentioned that it had just been approved that a new slab would be cut for us. I underscored the larger issue of our slab actually being slate and we didn't simply want to replace what we have without knowing all the options, as we wanted and paid for soapstone.

She stated someone would be back in touch with resolution options once finding out more information from the quarry. It's now been a month since that conversation and we have yet to receive any communication from the company, not even an update (or a response to my email 4 days ago requesting an update). If you're looking for soapstone, I'd suggest a company that specializes in soapstone. I went against my better judgment and am now regretting it.

Loved my countertop in the beginning but less than 2 years the countertop is separated at the seam. Called and found out this is NOT covered under their so called lifetime warranty. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere. They want $250 just to come and look at it!

Shawn and his team at Euro Stone Craft are the best! They have installed counters in my home, my daughter's, and my MIL's tiny house on our property! Always top notch! We use them at my work too and they are fantastic - responsive and do great installation!

I've used Euro Stone Craft for two kitchen counter projects (one of them is in the picture below). They are the utmost professionals. They were fast, fitting into our aggressive schedules and their quality is high. Their design team was thoughtful about cutting the stone to maximize the beauty of the slabs I selected. The installers were respectful of my home and ensured the installation were flawless.

For one project, one of the owners came out personally to double check measurements by hand because they had just started using a new tool and he wasn't quite sure it was right. I really appreciated his high standards. Their prices were also really competitive, too. I'd use them again for my next project.

I had a great experience at Euro Stone Craft with the purchase of a quartz slab needed for a custom coffee table. The service (Johnny) was honestly really awesome, especially given that it was a small order for them. They paid attention to every requirement to ensure I ended up with a slab that suited my needs. They crafted a beautiful slab for a table I'm totally in love with. I would not hesitate to shop there again. The service is above par.

Goods--Scheduling the installation. Bads--Quartzite arrived and I thought there was a dark blemish I didn't recall. The installer it was water and would dry. Turns out the counter top hadn't been sealed thoroughly and we were not made aware of this. We ended up staining our brand new top with olive-oil and water. The representative from the company didn't grasp the paradox of her explanation--we don't repair stains, it is possible the counter wasn't sealed properly on install.

Thought she did us a favor by not charging for a guy to come out an re seal the top. They charge hundreds for taking an off the the shelf product from HD and spraying it on the top. The top is sealed now. Why it didn't show up that way I don't understand. Do not recommend them, will not use them for the bathrooms. Lot of competition out there.

I did not get to point of doing business with this company although fully intended to before the person presented as the owner, Shawn Daghigh, attempted to change terms that he agreed to in Oct 2018 as I awaited remnants in an unpopular Silestone 3CM shade. Specifically, he agreed via email to match pricing that I paid to Home Depot for material, fabrication, delivery and installation for the same shade.

He actually re-asserted the agreement by phone on Jul 2nd and urged me to make use of their measurements and templating despite my original intent to use my own measurements and make my own template. By Wednesday, I received an email stating that he found my drawings to be confusing, and that he could no longer offer me measurements and templates despite his 'confusion'.and this is the kicker, decided that he will not reduce the standard $250 charge for measurements, templates, delivery and installation to omit the measurements and templates.

Upon notice, I was already quite sure that his intent was to roll off of his initial assertions and agreements made via email and phone, but inquired further to determine just how illogical bis explanations would become. He particularly had a problem with my requirement that shims not be placed between the bar countertop and my countertop brackets in which the countertops will rest on/make contact with. Doing so will appear sloppy and amateur as far as installations go.

Despite their website explicitly stating that they are one of the larget fabricators in the area aka we can cut custom tops aka we have precision cnc machines, he also conveyed that he would sale the tops to another fabricator of my choosing. 1) they have cnc machines so they are fully cable of fabricating tops with slanted edges/non-square angles, no need to go elsewhere; 2) what does fabrication have to do with me not permitting shimming that cannot be disguised and will looking sloppy.absolutely nothing; 3) why would a shimming requirement interfere with one's ability to complete a measurement appointment.has nothing to do with one another, but rather an attempt to reduce services which are part of their standard $250 charge without decrementing the price; and 4) why would an individual charge an extra $12 per sqft beyond the price in which they agreed to match for material and fabrication.simply put, there was a blatant attempt to run the price while hoping the customer doesn't notice.

So in short, I would not recommend this business whose owner readily employs deceptive business practices, whose word means nothing as soon as he speaks despite emails also verifying what he agreed to. I found this business on my own but if they are truly one of Home Depot's contractors, insist on being assigned to an alternate business.but not Granite Marble Express as they suffer from the same integrity issues.

I ordered quartz countertops and backsplash from Home Depot's vendor, Euro Stone Craft and the entire process was a disaster. The measurements that were taken were not accurate, and I found this out when the installers arrived to my house with the stone but were not able to get it up the steps. I immediately called Euro Stone and spoke with the owner, Shawn Daghigh, who was rude, not professional and eluded to the fact the issue was with my low ceilings and that he was not at fault.

I told him that was not acceptable, especially after their technician took measurements with lasers, but all he would repeatedly say was "what do you want me to do about it?" As with every other delivery I have received to my townhouse, I requested that he rent equipment to lift the stone over the balcony and into my house. He refused and told me that it was my issue, and the only thing he would do is cut additional seams into the stone.

I informed him that was not in the contract I signed, and it was not an option. Thankfully I was working with quick thinking Home Depot employees and they accommodated my request. Unfortunately, there was a second issue and that was with the installation of a waterfall edge. The measurements for the waterfall were also incorrect and when the Euro Stone installers completed the job, there was a large gap between the wall and the waterfall.

I again called Euro Stone to discuss this issue, but this time, everyone avoided my phone calls and emails. The one person who answered the phone told me that everyone was in a meeting (which apparently lasted the entire afternoon because I called numerous times) After seeing how unfairly I was treated, the Installation Manager took it upon himself to make sure the waterfall was re-cut to the correct measurements, and directly contacted me to reschedule. Overall, the installation took 2 months (order date 11 April 2019 and completion date was 12 June 2019); I had to take 3 full days off from work because of their mistakes.

This process was extremely stressful, the Euro Stone owner and design team were rude, non-responsive and as of today, I have not received a single follow-up call/email to check on the quality of the install or apologize for the fiasco. On a side note, I would like to applaud the installation manager and his team, as they were kind, capable and professional. They spent several late nights in my home trying to repair the damage caused by others.

I did not purchase anything from this place so I cannot speak on the quality of the product. However, after my experience yesterday, I wouldn't recommend this place. I had an appointment scheduled and was confirmed but when I arrived, none of the associates knew about the appointment. We were not even acknowledged and had to just stand there and wait.

We also had an associate walk right towards us and just stare, so we moved out of his way. When it became our turn, we walked the warehouse and picked out a few selections. The estimated price was about double than what we had been quoted at other quartz suppliers in the area for the same quartz.

EuroStoneCraft really blew me away with their amazing customer service, excellent price (the most competitive quote I rec'd for Ceasarstone's London Grey) and installation. Todd Layton is a DREAM to work with. He answered my MANY questions promptly and kindly and really went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied. The countertops are beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!

Great price on a remnant! They had a huge selection of remnants. I dealt with Shawn who gave me a very competitive price on an exotic piece called Blanc du Blanc. They were communicative and the fabrication went smoothly. I am very pleased and would shop there again.

Overall our experience with Euro Stone Craft was very mixed and now that our project is complete we will not choose to use them for our future projects. The warehouse we picked our quartz color from recommended Euro Stone as one fabricator option. Initial estimates provided by Zeynep were fast and professional. Once I was ready to sign a contract it took forever to hear back and I ended up calling.

I learned Zeynep was on vacation so I started working with Todd Leyton. Todd couldn't find any of our original information so I ended up resending everything and finalizing our order through him. The major issue occurred once our quartz arrived. The color was significantly lighter than what we saw in the warehouse. To pick our quartz I originally made multiple trips (2 hour drive) to the warehouse to double check the color of the slab.

I took the cabinet sample in to make sure the colors looked right. I called Euro Stone and let them know something looked off and Kim Stewart let me know she would look into it. She made a trip to the warehouse and decided the fluorescent lighting is what was causing our slab to look different. I sent her several photos showing her that the color against white cabinets was much darker and it wasn't just about lighting but she stopped responding. I've emailed twice and included previous people we worked with - and they've ignored all emails.

The most positive thing I can say about Euro Stone is their installation team was fast, professional, and helpful. It is extremely frustrating to spend so much money for quartz countertops only to receive a different color than you planned. Now that they are installed we don't want to remove them or damage the countertops - but will never use Euro Stone again and have recommended other fabricators to everyone we know.

Such a great experience! Got new quartz countertops from Eurostonecraft. Tracy, my Customer Service rep, was amazing! First of all, she was so helpful as I went through the long decision process of choosing the countertops (couldn't make up my mind!) and then, due to construction delays-at my end-we had to wait quite a long time before installation, but Tracy was unfailingly patient and answered all of my questions as we went along over several months (I had never done anything like this!), and then I was finally ready for installation. Daimer, who came to measure for the countertops, and the two guys who installed the countertops (yesterday) were so professional and capable, and now I have my lovely countertops & I couldn't be happier!

Everyone at Eurostonecraft was so helpful and polite and wonderful-no matter when - or how much - I called, and they all made the experience so positive! Most highly recommend Eurostonecraft!

We went to Euro Stone Craft to source our Cambria Praa Sands kitchen counter tops and to find stone for our fireplace hearth and surround. Everyone we have dealt with in person or via email from the first moment we walked into the showroom and met Rimon has been a delight to work with. Everyone has been willing to answer our questions. We had already picked out our countertop material when we walked in, but Rimon did a great job of guiding us to the perfect stone for our fireplace heart and surround.

It looks amazing! The installers were wonderfully pleasant and efficient and did a great job. We were very impressed by how thorough and clear all of their communications and instructions have been. Everything they provided made it easy to ensure that we were ready for the template appointment and installation. They really make the process of obtaining our new kitchen counters and fireplace materials such a joy.

While I can't comment on extensive projects, this is an excellent place for smaller jobs where a remnant will do, such as bathroom vanities. When my boyfriend and I were shopping around, we discovered that most places have a minimum size for countertop installation. Other places offered to cut the stone to our specs, but we'd still be charged for their minimum size, which would have been considerably larger than what we needed.

This was not the case with Euro Stone. We were charged only for the size of the remnant that we needed. We also found the prices to be very reasonable -- we'd seen the remnant that we wanted (Geos Ocean Shell, with recycled glass and shell fragments) going for considerably higher prices elsewhere. Maybe it was a bit of luck in finding the exact stone we wanted, but the remnant selection is still quite good.

We worked directly through Euro Stone Craft, rather than a contractor through Home Depot, as others who've reviewed had done. We also worked through the process on the phone and online -- since we'd already found the stone we wanted elsewhere, we didn't need to go to the warehouse to see what it looked like. The experience was great -- very friendly, everything worked out, their staff came inside the expected windows for templating and installation.

Communication over phone and email was very good. The countertop is lovely and no flaws in the installation. The only minor quibble is that the process did take a bit of time, just going back and forth on making the necessary appointments to seeing them through, but it wasn't inordinate. I'd definitely recommend, especially for the smaller projects that can fit a remnant.

I was looking for a stone countertop for a vanity I already purchased. When I walked in, it took a minute but someone came out to talk with me. He was excellent. His name is Deniz and he was very thorough, explained everything in detail and showed me the remnant granite pieces they had (they were all outside). Once I wrote down the top 4 that I liked, they put it in the computer and gave me a quote within 10 minutes.

When Deniz was busy with another customer, he got a second employee to assist me. Then he came back with coffee for me (it was cold out) and walked through everything. He was great and I was very happy with the service so far. Its a small project for them but so far so good.

Just came back from ordering my floating vanity/sink from EuroStone Craft. I found a remnant piece of Caesarstone online from their website, with intentions of making a floating bathroom sink. I emailed the owner Mr. Shawn Daghigh a photo of what I wanted and he quickly emailed me back with a price, that included an undermount sink with beveled edge, faucet cutout and installation. Plumbing is a separate price, and service that I didn't need.

When I arrived I met with Tracey at the front desk. She was extremely professional, helpful and courteous. We went to look at the piece I had chosen, discussed dimensions and details. She was also very transparent in all aspects of cost and other issues. I also met another gentleman who had I believe previously worked for Architectural Ceramics who was also very knowledgable.

Keep in mind these folks are fabricators and the place that the larger stone retailers call up to measure, design and create your counters, backsplashes etc. ESC also have a very large selection of beautiful granites, marbles and synthetic stone in their warehouse, which I believe is expanding. I also saw kitchen cabinets, and tiles. All is to say I would skip the big box store mentioned in other reviews and go right to the source.

The less people involved usually equals, in my opinion, better communication and results. So far my experience has been excellent. Despite the fact that my project is a small one, in the scheme of things, I was given a lot of attention and no question was left unanswered.

I've had granite installation done in another property from Pyramid Granite (4**** review left). Since this is my second installation I am going to go off of my first experience. 1st off the job was contracted through Home Depot, not by the customer. I will rate by price/value, quality, customer service and timeliness Price/Value - 5***** (Home Depot - $29 sq ft). Purchased Emerald Green PreFab which is UbaTuba without the seal.

So I'll need to seal my granite but it looks really nice. No issues with the price! $4 p/sqft cheaper than what other contractors were looking for thus good savings Quality - 4****. I like the granite and think it looks great! Customer Service - 3***. This is more so the companies grade than Home Depot. The response to emails weren't the best.

It took a few weeks before I could get granite installed which I thought was an in-out 10day process from when I bought at Home Depot. Piece was cut wrong on day of installation. Company said fridge wasn't in the photo. I asked for the photo.and they said they would cut it correctly. I want to give three stars because they're gonna make it right but at the same time so you know what I will and take my gripes out on timeliness and I think the install guys were great, it wasn't there fault that the company had them cut granite at my home site Timeliness: 1*. 10 days is 10 days.

You missed your target window big time here (per Home Depot). I don't like that they had a guy measure the granite and it didn't matter cause they cut it wrong and have to come back out with hopefully a piece cut at 60inches Overall: The rating shows 13/20 which is 2 1/2stars. Because they are coming back to correct their mistake I will bump it up to 3 stars.

Would I use them again via Home Depot, depends. Is this something I need in two weeks? Then no. Is this a project that can take a month? Then I guess so. Ask Home Depot if they have a vendor that can act with less haste if desired. Tips for those already on the crazy boat: * Go over the measurements again the day they come to cut. It will save you grief.

I promise and the guys will like having their work validated too. They're good guys the ones that come to your house * Be patient - I hope you don't need this done toute de suit! * Call them! Email isn't their best response and you may have a way better experience. I probably should've done this but there are emails that will require your approval and (shockers) re-approval 703-435-5551 Ext 709

Wow, what a terrible showroom visit experience. We came in one afternoon to look for stone options for a custom vanity countertop. Eventually a woman came out of the office to "help" us -- if you can call it that. She showed us one sample of some quartz/silestone we didn't really like, then one other one. And that was it. I learned later there is a granite storage yard in the back that for some reason she didn't even mention or show us.

She had very little knowledge of any of the products or the design concepts. I asked if she could give me a ballpark idea of about what our countertop would cost if we selected a certain stone. she just said "no." No explanation. no attempt to ask someone else. just "no." Ok, then. Don't go here if you're expecting any help from staff. Maybe if you already know exactly what product and style you're looking for it could work out, but I certainly didn't get that far.
