This place is top notch! Gorgeous products and a lot of different styles. We chose quartz and just love it sooo much! The customer service is amazing, I'd recommend Marc as the finest I've dealt with in a very long time. he's attentively helpful and very knowledgeable in every aspect of his workmanship. The installer team was superb, their attention to detail got my attention right away. plus they were so neat and also very professional every step. The end result is absolutely perfect and is a dream kitchen! Thanks FCS Granite & Marble! We highly recommend them!

We recently renovated our kitchen and I am so glad that I went with First Coast Supply for my kitchen countertops, etc. We worked with Marc McVicker and he was awesome! Marc was very helpful and patient when making our choices. He introduced us to Wanda who then placed our choices on screen so that we could get a better idea of our choices. Lastly, the crew that did the installation were professional, friendly and did an amazing job. I will use First Coast Supply and work with Marc again when I do future renovations.

Didnt have the plumbing rep there so you couldnt order any faucets and said they dont know when they will have the rep again

I was on the way here and called first to see if they had a specific brand of washer and dryer in stock here in Jax. After explaining exactly that, the lady who answers immediately and wordlessly puts me on hold without any acknowledgment. Okay, cool, maybe I'm being transferred to a sales rep. But four minutes later, I guess she realizes that I'm still on the line and immediately picks up and hangs up the call.

Only to have the audacity to call right back and ask if my name was "Mr. XX". When I saw the callback, I figured, "Okay, maybe it was just an accident." But nope, after confirming that I wasn't the guy she was looking for, she once again hangs up without a word or an apology or anything. What kind of customer service is that?

Stanley Kantor, what a guy! I found out that he is a fellow Eagle Scout while visiting his office. At 88 years old he still comes in daily and takes care of business. He told me all about how he started First Coast Supply from the ground up back in 1984. He's got several employees that have been with him 30+ years. That really tells you something about his impeccable work ethic. The showroom is a gem hidden on an industrial boulevard. It is a must see.

Apparently they have no desire to assist with small jobs. Purchased high end appliances for my home from them in the past (Thermadore kitchen appliances). Needed a Decora 2' x 3' cabinet as we were thinking of replacing the 84" refrigerator to a 72" built in which would have resulted in a 1' gap on top) and Dennis, the cabinet salesperson was less than willing to assist.

His comments of "go back to where you originally purchased" (I would, but they are out of business), "Decora doesn't make that cabinet anymore" (they do-Lexington door style), "Decora doesn't make that particular stain anymore" (can be matched), to quoting me over $3k (for a single 2x3' cabinet) using COVID excuses as to why it was so expensive. This company isn't the only company in town.

My wife and I purchased a beverage fridge for our new kitchen in August of 2020. The fridge stopped working around November/December. When I spoke to First Coast they said that they didn't send anyone out to fix the fridge and that I would need to get in touch with Frigidaire. Frigidaire decided they would give us a buy back, basically give me a debit card with the amount of the fridge to go back to First Coast and re-buy it, since they do not send techs out to fix their products.

I called First Coast and they told me they could not do this. That they had NEVER typed in numbers into their system in lieu of a credit card. Since nobody could help me over the phone, I went to the store. After being passed around, finally a gentlemen helped me. He also claimed they had NEVER typed in a cc number directly into the system. I sat there and literally coached him, stating please just try it.

When it worked, he was in amazement and I was at a loss for words at everyones lack of technological knowledge. After the fridge was ordered I then received an email from Michelle stating that my fridge would arrive in JUNE OF 2021, we ordered it in December of 2020. To add insult to injury, our electrician happen to be over last week and we asked him to take a look at the fridge since our new one is still in transit, (apparently on a world tour since it will arrive in June).

He said whoever installed the fridge (tech from First Coast) did not install it properly. Concluding whoever installed it was the reason why the fridge knocked out only after 3 months. I was charged for this installation. HIGHLY dis-satisfied by First Coast and their horrible customer service. Nobody offered me a discount, or even a free installation of the new fridge, NOTHING. We will never do business with them again.

Great selection, knowledgeable sales team and AMAZING installs. Only problem I've had is with the delivery crew. They are unprofessional, rude and lazy. An issue that certainly needs to be addressed because I'm afraid if they are the only ones you encounter, you won't return. But ifyou have the company install the product for you, let me tell you, they'll make you forget that you ever met that crew.

Particularly Trevor and Jose. I can't say enough about these two. They don't even know it but are the sole reason I continue to do business with FCS. And look forward to it. They work in perfect sync with each other, are courteous, knowledgeable and willing to listen to your ideas and either fulfill them or explain whythey have to do it a little different to make the installation completely correct.

They've modified openings to give me look I was trying to achieve without hesitation, and will explain to you the outcome/look of the installation once completed so you are both on same page before installing. They are clean, diligent and all around good guys. They go above and beyond to make you as the customer are happy and make sure you get what you paid for.

You can trust that if they install it, it will be correct. Trevor will ask you to walk around the product and cabinets after they are completed to make sure you're happy with outcome and answer any questions you have and then will explain the operations of product. Keep up the good work guys.

Safety check their installation. Brand new house where First Coast Supply installed the appliances. One week after we moved in I noticed the 100 lb over the stove microwave "didn't look right." I took the microwave down and found it secured to the wall with 3 one inch drywall screws; not one in a stud! I looked through the drawers and found the real Samsung mounting bolts in a sealed bag.

This is unconscionable and could have killed one of my grandchildren who are always here. The owner's response was "sorry." He even told me it was his experienced installer, which tells me many more families with home where appliances were installed by First Coast Supply are at risk. If so please check.

Absolutely the best place to buy your appliances, cabinets, granite and Plumbing fixtures. Amazing personnel that guided us through the whole process. Made confusing issues clear and simpler to understand. I give them my highest recommendation. Ask for Jonathan Renfroe. He rocks.
