We love our new countertops. Kyle and his coworkers did an amazing job. They were so prompt with appointment times and did such a great job.

We had our new quartz kitchen counters installed earlier this year and we could not be more happy with the product and the company as a whole. We picked this company (over a box store) because everything from the sale, creation of the product, installation.was all done through 1 place.

Our experience with Petoskey Granite has been wonderful! We want to thank Kathleen, Patrick, Jeff, Jeff, and Riley for their expertise and craftsmanship on our granite projects both from 4years ago and this past Fall. Our first project was small but we were very impressed with their attention to detail and the friendly professional attitudes of all involved so we decided they were the best crew to do our current project as well.

We had one hiccup with our current project which they handled quickly, professionally, and without question. From the initial meet with Kathleen to the templating and layout as well as the very impressive install, we would strongly recommend them to others!

Patrick and crew did a great job hauling our quartz up three flights of stairs. The cut and installation was perfect. Kyle and staff did a great job making our kitchen and bathrooms look great.

From the sales experience to the technicians, they were top notch. We had a scheduling glitch due to being busy and shorthanded but they made up for it by squeezing me in, and showed great customer service by following up with me to make sure I was a happy customer. They threw in a quartz cutting board for the inconvenience! I always say, "It's not if someone makes a mistake that counts, it's how they handle it when they do." Granite & Quartz Countertops customer service is a model for others. I am very satisfied with my countertops and will definitely use them again!

Changing countertops was the first big project we undertook as first time homeowners, and I couldn't have asked for better service and install. Everyone we worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. The install guys made it look easy, and the results are perfect. Thank you guys!

We can not say enough good things about the great experience we have had working with these fine people. We had a new sink and granite counter top installed in our vacation home in Petoskey and it was a one stop shop. They came in and flawlessly removed the old counter top and sink and then installed everything. I especially liked that they contacted and coordinated with a plumber to finish the job in one day. Way to go!

Absolutely loved working with GQC! We stopped in not really knowing what we wanted for our counter tops in our kitchen remodel. Kathleen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We found exactly what we wanted and she got us a bid that day. It took us a while to pull the trigger and as soon as we said go, they got our slab!
