Your project is run directly by the contractor on site daily, not a "project manager" or "sales guy". We assure your project is completed to our high standards and that you are informed at all times. You are working directly with the contractor so changes are painless and get completed quicker. We have no sales people! My experience working for larger contractors is that, the more people involved in the project the more confusion and problems that arise. Often when there is a problem everyone just blames the other guy. It is very hard to run a large remodeling company and not have problems on the job site. It is just the nature of the business. Don't be discouraged there are many good contractors in San Diego who offer a better built product.
