This is an outstanding company and we recommend them very highly. Every person who worked on our kitchen remodel is a top notch professional. Their customer service and craftsmanship is excellent. We couldn't be more pleased.

They did a great job installing my new countertops and sink. I found the price to be quite fair and the team to be very nice and easy to work with. I'd recommend them for your next kitchen job!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bait and switch. I called in January to get an estimate. Was told to send pics which I did. Salesperson gave me an estimate over the phone and we made an appointment for a house visit to firm up quote. The minute the gentleman walked in the price increased by 40%. I asked for a written quote. A month and a half later I still had no quote.

I called and complained that I still had no quote so the owner took over. By the time all was said and done the price increased another 30% so I was now almost double the original over the phone quote. Buyer beware. Do your homework and document everything. In response to Wayne. I'm sorry your rep has a problem with his memory. He showed me the paper he had it written down on.

He actually pointed to the amount. I did NOT confuse him with anyone else. I have written quotes from all the other companies, something your rep failed to provide. He obviously "forgot" to send me the quote he promised.

I wanted to reface my kitchen cabinets and found Heartwood Cabinet Refacing in my Google search. I called for an estimate and an appointment was scheduled quickly. From the presentation to the work completed by Arsenio, I am so pleased. The workmanship is beautiful. I can't believe what a difference it made in my kitchen. Heartwood did a beautiful job refacing our wall and island cabinets this past summer. Our cabinets were original to our house built in the late 90's. They were high quality cabinets but I wanted to update the style without tearing out the "good bones". Bob patiently worked with me picking out color and style. In the end I chose painted wall cabinets and dark cherry island cabinets and was so happy with the final look and great quality.

I have to say I was nervous about undertaking refacing because I did not know anyone else who had done the same but I could not be happier with the process or results. So happy we chose to work with Heartwood!

In mid 2016, Heartwood Cabinet refaced our kitchen cabinets. Last week, one of the large cabinet door hinges broke suddenly, causing the door to fall onto our stone counter-top. Fortunately neither the door nor the counter-top were damaged. I called Heartwood last week and left a message explaining what happened and asked for a return call. I received a call-back today and the owner said he'd stop by next week. I was able to order a replacement door hinge so I've fixed the issue myself. I appreciated the call-back considering that it's been 4 years since the installation.

These guys were fantastic. Very professional and customer focused. My kitchen looks amazing and no one has any idea that refaced it. Keep in mind that refacing doesn't mean you have to stick to what you got. We ripped down some cabinets to open the space, added a spice rack where there was just a spacer, added slide pot and pan shelving, beefed up the peninsula to make it look substantial and modern. High quality materials and really good craftsman with attention to detail.

The quality of the product and the customer service is outstanding. A wide range of wood choices, colors and finishes. Mark was patient with all my questions and so detailed with his measurements. Chuck the carpenter was meticulous in the installation process, precise with the small details He exceeded my expectations. My kitchen is so beautiful. This is the WORST quality kitchen you can ever get! We had kitchen done by Hearwood about 4 months ago and paint is already chipping off. This is not a quality you would expect when spending tens of thousands of dollars for a poor paint job and seams that are VERY noticeable. It might look good from very far but it is miles far from good. Stay away!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the kitchen that Hearwood Cabinet Refacing company provided. We spent so much money on this project and yet the quality of the product just isn't there. It is cheap MDF that they paint over. MDF cracks under pressure of granite countertops and if exposed to heat such as above the stove. Although they said they give 2 year warranty, my kitchen is falling apart just after few months.

It's not even a quick fix, it need a whole make over. Very dissatisfied. When they came to my house they said that me and my family will be very happy with the results, unfortunately it is very far from being true. Owner Watne is delusional to his staff's work.

We've had two excellent experiences with Heartwood Cabinet Refacing. We first used them about ten years ago in our first CT home and then used them again this spring in a home we recently purchased. We had the cabinets refaced, they are beautiful, and new granite countertops installed. Wayne and his workmen were wonderful and did a fantastic job. They worked around our schedule and our installer, Chuck, was a pleasure to have in our home. Dave, the team leader, went out of his way to provide extra information and dropped off some samples for the cabinet color.

We had lots of tweaks as we made decisions and Wayne was very patient with changes we made and had good suggestions. We are very happy with Heartwood's work and would highly recommend them.
