We have used Heritage Stonecraft before. Once again, we had a great experience from measuring to installation. Jonathan & Miguel arrived right on time for installation and did a fantastic job. I asked Jonathan some questions about existing Quartzsite we have & what he recommends we use to seal it. While answering my questions, he said they had a few minutes before their next installation job and offered to help me seal it. They went above and beyond! We will definitely call Heritage Stonecraft again when we tackle our next bathroom.

Just a preliminary visit. So can't give it 5 stars yet. They were very helpful and got me the info I needed without waiting. Like that they are close by, do the fab and install, as well as have on stock quartz.

I was impressed by the large selection of granite. It was definitely a one-stop shop. They measure your space and cut the material to fit in their own workshop and then install it. All this and their prices are very competitive.

Do NOT recommend. Measurements are critical. If the measurements are wrong then it will all be wrong! They measured wrong! Went to them for granite counters, backsplash, and a cap on the pass-thru between kitchen/living area. Heaven forbid if I'd had a large kitchen with a big island but this was a basic small L-shape kitchen with a pass-thru to the living area. SHORT STORY. 1) Measured wrong so cuts were wrong 2) Unprofessional owners and office staff (yet great installers!) 3) Don't go.

Just don't. Save yourself the mess, time, and stress LONG STORY. They measured wrong so of course the granite was cut wrong for the backsplash and for the pass-thru. One end of the backsplash was cut correct, the other end was cut short. Same with the pass-thru cap, one corner was cut correct, 3 corners were cut short. Their answer to that mess? To cut the correct end of the backsplash to match the short end and to cut the one correct corner of the pass-thru cap to match the three mis-cut corners. Really!?!?

So the thought apparently was that I should be happy all would match and just ignore that they would all be wrong! So the guy comes back out to re-measure and so they can re-cut the backsplash and pass-thru cap. Have to say I've dealt with AHs in my time but will be dammed if the AH will come into my house and act like an AH. So he's throwing a tantrum to show me just how put-out he is, but he re-measured, sort-of, slap here-slap there, done in 3-4 minutes.

I thought there is no way this is going to be correct. So the guys come back out to install the re-cut backsplash and pass-thru cap. They bring in the backsplash and of course it's not right. I asked and was assured they would be cutting the 2 new pieces from the same slab but of course the new pieces didn't match! I know the different flow to granite but I also know the difference between tan and grey!

And it wasn't "well it's just because you know the pieces were re-cut". The mis-match was slap-you-in-the-face obvious from across the room mis-match. Even the installers could see it although they couldn't say they gave the "yea it's bad" look! Of course the re-cut pass-thru cap never made it off the truck. I really believe they used some left-over ends for the new cuts despite their assurances that they were cut from the same slab.

I just say "no way". So I call and speak to the guy again who told me several times "he's wasted enough time on this". Says that they came back out and re-measured "at my request". That they re-cut "at my request". Absolutely astounding! Considering THEY mis-measured and mis-cut. So I tell them to tear it out, give me my money back, we'll just call it quits, and I'd find a company that can do the work.

So the workmen tore out the counters and I picked up a check the following Monday morning. And I did find a company who not only "could do the work" but are professionals who did accurate, precise work, and never once told me "they'd wasted enough time".

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They always made sure we were making every choice down to the section of stone we wanted. The installation was quick and professional. No mess and very happy with the result!

I just made a phone call to this business asking about the availability of remnants. This was the 8th business I had called in a row, and the first business to say I must come in before they could reveal what they had. Because I have an infant at home and it is 100+ outside, I am trying to first find out if it's worth my trip to the location (don't want to show up for a white remnant when they don't even have anything white, for instance).

As I explained this in hopes of them finding a way to work with me, the receptionist interrupted me, saying "Ok, thanks, goodbye!" and hung up on me. I felt like it was a rude way to deal with a potential customer and I won't even consider making the trek to their location at this point. Careful if you're looking for a good experience with customer service---they weren't nice enough for me to even get in the front door!

Our kitchen is beautiful thanks to Heritage! The entire experience was pleasant. The installation was done in less than 4 hrs. (Our kitchen is big) and we couldn't be more satisfied with the quality. We are looking forward to the installation of granite in our bathrooms.

Very nice retail location with helpful staff and was able to see the fabrication facility and backlot where additional inventory is held. However, I was shopping for a smaller piece of granite that the Company website had an inventory listing with specific measurements and prices for each piece. When I went to the store location in Garland they informed me that the prices listed are not relevant to the customer and are for internal use only.

I'll chalk it up to poor website management and not a purposeful bait and switch, but it was frustrating to spend the time to search through the listing and make a trip to the stop only to find that it's useless.

I used Heritage Stonecraft for a recent kitchen upgrade. I had estimates by 3 different companies and I selected Heritage because they seemed to be the most professional and their price was within $500. They were very nice and got the job complete as promised. Then came the surprise. I was having the work done while I was out of town and was very clear with them about this.

I gave them a deposit for 50% of the job upfront using my cc over the phone no problem. Then when the job was complete nobody called to collect payment so after waiting a couple days I called them. They told me they would have to charge me a 2% convenience fee to take payment over the phone. I was shocked no word of this ever before I went back and read all the paperwork nothing. So I called back to speak with the owner and he stood firm. Seems the 2% convenience fee was more important than retaining a customer.

We put in a large wetbar upstairs in our game room and Heritage was fantastic to work with. Chris helped us with our choice of Verde Labrador at their showroom, as well as showing us their workshop. They are a family owned and operated business w/ one stop shopping. They made the entire process effortless, they were very reasonable, kept all scheduled dates, did flawless work and Terry and his installers were great to work with. Highly recommend them and would use them again!
