They are inundated and cannot provide customer service or viable schedules. There were issues at every step: Kitchen cabinet delivery date changed after my old kitchen was demo'ed, leaving me with a shelled kitchen and no progress for a full month. When cabinets were delivered, there were pieces missing. When a piece arrived damaged, I waited a full 10 weeks for replacement and had to constantly nag for updates as the delivery dates blew by. If you must use, accept dates promised as a rough estimate. Staff is really nice but seemingly underwater.

They gave me a start date for my kitchen then called the day of to change it. Of course at that point I had already emptied out my entire kitchen! They are completely over booked and disorganized. I ordered my cabinets in November 2021 and they still don't have have them in and we are in mid April. Because of their disorganization I will now be without a kitchen for 2 months and I have 3 small kids. Do not use!

If there was possible to post a review with a negative number I'd give this business a minus 10. Having spent the better part of two years waiting for them to execute on window and cabinet installations I can tell you that they are the worst performing company Ive dealt with in 50 years. Understanding that Covid has caused supply chain delays and confusion, and having been a business owner myself for over 40 years, I can say that there is no excuse for lack of communication, failure to follow up on commitments and appointments when made, and no conceivable reason for lack of concern for the inconvenience caused to customers by this terrible execution of their business.

Total lack of leadership and an obvious "f. you" attitude. Stay away from this bunch of idiots. Not worth the aggravation. I'd go on but the details of our experiences would take pages to recount. Stay away.

We hired Home Supply for our complete kitchen renovation after hearing good things about them from others. Our experience, however, was sub-par. In fact, despite having the kitchen installed five weeks ago, we are still waiting to hear back from them after noting two drawer handles in the wrong color, one shelf missing, screw caps missing, and several cabinets scratched/damaged upon delivery.

All of these things were noted immediately by us, but five weeks later still no word from Home Supply. We understand things can get damaged during delivery and installation, but it's annoying that nothing seems to be done about fixing these problems. Our only big positive was Mike Figiel who worked very hard (worked late and on weekends and holidays) installing the kitchen.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Home Supply. They were about 3 or 4 months late delivery our order, and when they did, everything was broken. It's been a hassle getting in touch with them to get things fixed. Avoid at all costs, there are many other better lumberyards out there.

* HOME SUPPLY LUMBER COMPANY NOT THE WINDOW AND DOOR I purchased a bathroom vanity from home supply lumber company in September but it was in the box until January. When it was installed we noticed the edges didn't have a good paint job, you could see the wood. Contacted the store on Jan.25 and spoke to Rob the repair person. He said to send him a picture of the drawers and that he was going on vacation the next week but will call the manufacturer when he gets back.

I waited until February 25th and asked if he heard anything he said he was very busy and promised to put my paper on top and get something going by the weekend. Decided to call him on March 14th he said that he got new doors for the vanity and they were coming in tomorrow and he would send a repair man to repair the vanity. Well it is know June 17th and never heard anything from them again, so I decided to forget about the problem. The vanity was $900.00 and something, I could have gotten one a Home Depot cheaper. Very bad service I guess they only care about big purchases.

I love my kitchen! It was conceived by Charlie & I couldn't be happier. He was easy to talk to & work with from start to finish. His knowledge, professionalism & expertise are second to none. The cabinets are beautiful & the design is perfect. Everything turned out as promised & above expectation. I recommend him & his company without reservation.

Was able to order and get a door way sooner then any other vendor. Also a better price. People in the shop were very friendly and helped me out.

Buyer beware! I place one order I repeat one order and they automatically processed that same order 3 time on three different days a week apart. They did not help or try to refund simply said we'll call you back. I'm beyond disappointed in their service of how they handled this. I would not recommend this place for any kind of orders, unless you use a pre paid credit card because then they cannot duplicate orders to benefit themselves and screw people over! If I could have given 0 stars I would have!

Really disappointed in the service we received from this company. They charge top dollar and give you the worst service you can imagine. They do not communicate with you or each other in order to get the work done. I didn't mind paying their high fees to start thinking I would get top notch service, but instead I feel that your local handy man can do a better job. Don't walk away from them, RUN!

Superb company. Courteous, reliable, responsive all the way down the line. Installers were artists, perfectionists and tireless workers and installation exceeded all expectations. This is one of those companies hard to tind and fast disappearing in today's marketplace.

I went to Home Supply to speak to someone about remodeling my kitchen. I said I only wanted one side of my kitchen done because I wanted a Wolf Stove installed. then I wanted cabinet to be added to a different section of the kitchen. Lori spoke to me and took pictures of my kitchen's blue prints. She said I would get a call from Marisa because she would be handling the project. Well, I NEVER got a call!

So I called again and also texted several times. Nooooooo call. This was over 6 weeks ago. Not doing business with them EVER! They didn't even have the courtesy of returning my call!

I can not thank Charlie, Neil and the rest of the Home Supply staff for building our dream kitchen! I had a vision in my head of what I wanted it to look like and Home Supply made it come to life. They were very easy to work with, reliable and delivered quality materials. They were able to look at the kitchen space and tell me how best to utilize the space. When I rebuilt my house I decided to act as my own General Contractor and used Home Supply for my kitchen and interior / exterior millwork including interior doors, mouldings, wainscot, Azek, etc. I worked with Charlie on the kitchen and Mike on everything else. I couldn't be happier with their experience, prices and professionalism. They were always quick to respond and make sure everything went right. Charlie went over multiple kitchen layout options, materials etc. and made sure he completely understood what I wanted to accomplish.

He took my vision and enhanced it while adhering to my budget. The end result was amazing kitchen that is the focal point of my house. The install team was thorough, very detail oriented and made sure everything was just right. I couldn't be happier! Thanks, Charlie!

Charlie at Home Supply was knowledgable and professional. We did a complete kitchen renovation. The installers were top notch and the work was excellent. There are always items that need to be addressed after an installation and it can be a challenge to get the contractor to finish them, not the case with these guys who promptly came back and finished what needed to be done. Great job!

My dad used to be a contractor and would always get his materials from here. It's for this reason that we stopped by when my fiance and I were looking to put a deck on our house. Not only was John extremely knowledgeable, but he drew up plans for our deck and gave us quantities for all materials within minutes. They also beat price for the Trex we selected by a considerable amount. The same was true when it came time to build the shed in our backyard. Delivery was quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

Our Home Supply designer, the company installers and carpenters, sub trades such as the plumber and tile installer, exceeded our expectations! The trades were very well coordinated and we had no down time with the project being completed on time with very few issues. The quality of the cabinets and other materials, and the expertise of the company carpenters and installers was outstanding.

They were master tradesmen, and were also very helpful during the project offering ideas and changes during the installation process, which were appreciated. Should we have any follow up matters, or 'warranty' issues, we are hoping the company is attentive to fixing any problems. This will be the test of an excellent company.after sales service and problem solving! The only issue experienced.the demolition company, a sub trade, treated the property as if it were a construction site, rather a residential home!

We have worked with Home Supply twice in the last 10 years once for a renovation and once for a new build. Both times we did a full kitchen and window renovation and we were very impressed with every aspect of the company from design, budget, installation, timing, and follow up. You can always count on them to pay attention even to the smallest detail and make sure that we were satisfied in every way. Would recommend them again most definitely!

We had heard positive things about home supplies and we're going to purchase a kitchen from here but decided on another kitchen designer as we were very disappointed with the product and customer service experience we had.
