Hughes exceeded all of our expectations during our remodel of our kids/guest bathroom. Starting with Mike during the initial quoting and design phase. His professionalism and friendliness was why we chose to go with Hughes. Tyler did a fantastic job with the installation. His workmanship and attention to detail was above what we were expecting. Also, his cleanliness with how he left the job site every night was over and above what we expected.

My wife and I went with Hughes Kitchen and Bath for our master bathroom remodel and a small kitchen upgrade. Jim was prompt, professional and did a tremendous job from start to finish. The quality of work exceeded expectations and we would have him back out for any future projects.

I wanted to thank Hughes Kitchen & Bath! They listened to what I wanted in my kitchen! Bob was the best. I swear he is family now! He made everything perfect. He always took the extra time to work around my ill father and my skid dish dogs. I did research other companies. I couldn't get what I wanted for half the price. I needed to pay for a 3rd party to take down a wall and do the floors.

Not just get cabinets. It would have cost me even more and then not know the quality of work. Bob did it ALL! He did it perfect! I couldn't have dreamed to have such a beautiful kitchen! You can look at other companies but it won't be as good unless you use Hughes Kitchen and Bath!

Hughes made renovating both our bathrooms simultaneously as easy as it could be. Tyler and Josh were amazing. They were punctual, courteous, and respectful of our home and schedules. Both were meticulous and took pride in the quality of their work, and in the end it showed with a fantastic product. We are extremely happy with our new bathrooms, and would not hesitate to call Hughes for future projects.

Hughes remodeled our kitchen and did and excellent job. We received drawing with the layout of the project so we knew exactly what to expect. The job was slated to start right at the on set of the Covid 19 limitations set by the governor. This caused a minor set back, however Mike stayed in touch and advised us of the new start date. The work is very professional and the craftsmen who performed the work kept us apprised of their progress.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work performed. The products used were as advertised and the craftsmen explained the kitchen appliances as they were installed. It is not often you can feel comfortable with a contractor in your home but with Hughes the craftsmen were clean, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. The work is impeccable and the timeline for completion was right on.

The workmanship is warranted for three years and after completion of the project the president of the company made an appointment and inspected the work for final approval. It is not often you receive this kind of service. Hughes is a company you can trust to do the job right and take pride in their work because it is their business. Great Company Good people. Our installer/plumber Jeff did a great job and we are pleased with our new vanities and sinks, although we were expecting square sinks and got oval instead.

We had Hughes Kitchens and Bath remodel our bathroom expanding it into an adjacent closet. I absolutely love the results. Mike Pierce was excellent in creating the design and helping me select materials, colors etc. I am not good at doing that but I know what I like when I see it. Mike was able to understand what I was communicating and bring it to life. John Linder was assigned to do the work.

He has a meticulous attention to detail and takes great care in his craftsmanship. He's not the fastest guy around but he will do the job right. In the end I would rather have right than fast. Our bathroom is my favorite room in the house now. It's my own little retreat.

If you decide to go with this company expect long delays regarding the start and completion of your project. We were scheduled for Aug. our job was started in Oct. Which by the way we were not informed of until I would call in and ask what was going on. The answer we would get is "we're getting close to starting your job". We were also surprised by the lack of involvement by the owner and his son who is the field manager.

We had many snags that could have been resolved easily and early on had they been involved. If it weren't for Brian (our contractor) not sure where we would be at this point. He is amazing, knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. The owner and his son need to get involved in the projects as they are being done and not just selling of the jobs and asking for payments!

By the way, once our job was complete, no one came out to inspect or even ask how we liked the job. When we would call the office the associate answering the phone asked us about our final payment. While the owner and their son are personable, the bottom line is, one is a smooth salesman and the other lacks knowledge and leadership to manage the field work.
