I was so pleased with K&N's customer service from start to finish especially Brandon our salesman and Jason (installer)! We had some bumps but wow Brandon was on top of it. Super responsive, kept me informed and made everything right at the end. Brandon kept us informed of order status periodically in the 10-11 months it took to get all of our items for our kitchen - wolf and subz - we are so glad we ordered early. He also came out to do a check of cabinetry, etc to ensure everything was perfect and ready for install.

I received exceptional service from John and Jason. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. I was nervous that they would be unable to fit around the sharp turns on my stairs, but they were able to manuever around those just fine without leaving a mark. K&N Team is Top Notch We live in a 3 story townhome with the living area and kitchen on the 2nd floor and the laundry on the 3rd floor. Removing our old refrigerator and washer and dryer and then installing our new appliances is no easy task but the team that K&N sent over really did an outstanding job. The team was professional, pleasant even with the huge task ahead.

They made sure there was time to clean the area before they installed the new ones. There was absolutely no damage to any of our walls, wood stairs or wood floors. Our whole experience with K&N from the purchase (thanks Kelsey) to the installation reinforced that out decision to use K&N was the best one we could make. A special shout out to John, Joe and Jason.

My experiences with K & N Sales have been consistently excellent. I initially purchased a Speed Queen Washer for the home from K & N in 2016. They assisted me in every aspect of selecting the washer explaining how it works and with delivery and correct installation. I had no trouble with that washer ever. When we moved to a new house recently I knew I wanted to purchase a Speed Queen washer and dryer from K & N. Raquel, the sales representative at K & N was nothing short of amazing.

She navigated the COVID production and delivery issues with Speed Queen, and secured for me both the washer and dryer that I wanted. When they were delivered to Houston from Wisconsin she personally made sure mine were set aside. The demands for these particular washers are great due to their durability, excellent quality, and low maintenance. Raquel oversaw the delivery and installation of my new machines and she was always available to me to update and answer all my questions. Raquel provided such excellent customer care and she has the best attitude.

A joy to work with. Also the product manager, Manuel was always quick to be available to provide support with the new machines. I cannot say enough positive things about K & N. Consistently excellent in all they provide.

Buyer Beware! Awful company to work with! They ordered wrong SubZero fridge that I ended up accepting due to time constraints. The crane service they had couldn't fit so I had to spend another $800 on a forklift. The speed queen washer was delivered broken and dryer had defective screen. Finally got them working through 3rd party but only half were registered. The oven still has wire hanging out after multiple calls. It's been months and huge headache.

Gerardo and Joe Lee did our custom installation of appliances we bought from K&N Appliances, and the results were nothing short of phenomenal. Gerardo's craftsmanship and precision in modifying our cabinetry and mill work was flawless and the finished product looks as if it were original. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for our home made the overall experience so satisfying.

My (registered interior designer) wife and I stopped by the showroom to look at an appliance we'd seen online for a home we're renovating. The salesperson was a bit pretentious, but also didn't seem to know much about the products. We took a quote, but ultimately bought the same model at a different store for about $1000 less. My guess is K&N focuses on providing builders with trade discounts and bulk orders.

Maybe our experience would have been better if we'd opened with credentials? Either way, coming in to buy a one-off product doesn't seem to be of interest to them (even if it is several thousand dollars).

Had a great experience working with Jesse Howard. Ordered a 48 built-in Sub Zero. Arrived within a week. Installers were timely, careful, and competed the job within 2 hours. The unit cooled down to 0/38 degrees within 3 hours. Highly recommend K&N!

We were in need of a bunch of new appliances (fridge, range, dishwasher, washer/dryer) and went to a local brand showroom that does not actually sell directly to consumers. The showroom recommended us to K&N Sales and Haylee. We met with Haylee and she was able to provide us all the relevant info on the appliances we were interested in and recommended an amazing alternative for the refrigerator we originally wanted but was out of our budget.

Because of this, we pivoted to an integrated look and Haylee was able to answer all of our questions since this was unfamiliar to us. What also appealed to us about K&N Sales is they have their own installers and using them granted us an extra year of warranty of some of the appliances. Because of the availability of the appliances, we had three separate installations and all three instances were exceptional.

The installers were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Even post installation, we had a service issue with our dryer and Haylee was able to schedule the service for us. I'd recommend using K&N to anyone looking for appliances in the Houston area.

Haylee, the store sales person, was very helpful and responsive to our immediate need for a specific refrigerator that we needed quickly. We've never had a smoother installation. Very knowledgeable installers (Aldo Hernandez and helper), polite and incredibly prompt, as well as left the kitchen spotless. They don't contract out delivery/installation to third party services, but have their own installers, who are top notch. This is the most important part of where you purchase your appliances. We will buy future appliances from them. Prices are in line with competitors.

I selected K&N sales after the flood or our home during Harvey to provide our new kitchen cabinets. Order was placed in November of 2017. The cabinets were installed in January of 2018. There were numerous mistakes and shortcomings in our order. They asked for all but 5% of their money. I suggested 10% in order to give them more incentive to get back to finish.

I was assured that 5% was more than enough incentive for them to come back and finish. They did come back in April, and work was still incomplete. One of their salesmen came out and put eyes on what was incomplete. He took no notes or photos of what was incomplete. I was assured they would complete the work. They came out two more times and provided product that was not ordered and did nothing to suit completion of our kitchen.

They were spending their money on items I had not ordered. Even after I had illustrated on site to the salesman something they provided I did not need they duplicated and provided the same item again. It was then September 2018, 10 months after the initial order and 8 months after the initial installation. Our kitchen was still incomplete. After numerous non-replied emails and phone calls from our salesman I escalated to the owner.

After speaking with him 3 different times I was told he would call me back. All 3 time he never did. I tried to work directly with their cabinet supplier "Executive Cabinets". I had originally been told that they would help me out to complete if K&N bowed out of their commitment to complete the order. They also at this point no longer return phone calls or e-mails.

So now, we are stuck like Chuck with a hole in our cabinets where a drawer is supposed to go with no way to get it completed. I sent a photo of this incomplete work in January of 2018. It is now February 2019. We also have a neighbor who had the same issue of non-response to e-mails and phone calls. Their resolution was they had to go to the store for a face to face.

We have another neighbor who loved what cabinets we do have. I found another distributor of our cabinets and sent them to the other distributor. All-in-all I could not under any circumstance recommend this company.

We bought a Sub Zero built-in for our home. The prices are fixed by the manufacturer so all authorized retailers should quote same price. Out of 3 authorized retailers I visited in the area, K&N were able to deliver soonest. My rep located the item, put order in, told me when it was leaving warehouse in Dallas to come to Houston. That easy. Sales rep was super knowledgeable and was able to fulfill my order easily.

Great experience. The ultimate difference in final cost is based on how other retailers may rip you off on delivery and quality of customer service. K&N has their own in-house installers. The delivery charge was the cheapest and a flat rate based on 1st floor installation. They take old one away for free. The guys were exactly on time, installed professionally and with care.taking precautions as to not damage wall/floor/etc. Exceptional.

Other retailers were going to charge me almost DOUBLE and extra for hauling old one away. They use sub-contractors. Also, they had different rates for different Zip Codes. If you live in upscale ZIP, you'll pay more. I'm so glad I found this place! Will be returning customer when we have to replace other appliances.

Donald really made sure that were completely satisfied. Also, they were able to give us solid advice as far as reliability and product warranty. The installs were clean and professional. I cannot recommend this company based on the poor quality of service. I am currently in dispute with them, and will update this review based on my feedback with the company. You would be wise to seek other distributors or installers for your kitchen needs. I had purchased a high end range hood (Zephyr Typhoon AK2100AS) from them. The product was excellent and the price was fair. However, the reason I cannot recommend the company is due to the poor quality of customer service and their ability to deal with fixing my improperly installed range hood.

To this day, the sales manager has not returned my calls or email. Update on 8/8/2014 - Late afternoon: K&N sent 2 technicians to visually inspect the range hood. They agreed there was an issue. They left to get some shims that they thought might help. They never returned. Update on 8/11/2014: I have contacted K&N Builder Sales to inquire when the techs would return.

The K&N Salesman stated that they will schedule a Zephyr Salesman to take a look. My range hood has also developed a vibration at the 2nd speed setting. Update on 8/19/2014: No technicians or saleman have called to setup an appointment with me. No followup from the business via phone or email. I called to follow up on 8/19/2014, the K&N salesman said he would get back to me.

I ask if he could also have 2 technicians visit with the Zephyr salesman to address any issues on the spot, instead of me scheduling a 4th visit to address the issues. It is rather difficult for me to take time off from work to have this work done. Overall - a very frustrating experience.

I ordered $17,000 on new appliances with K&N (a Subzero fridge and GE Monogram Oven). I could have bought them cheaper elsewhere but wanted the installation done right the first time and they had their own service company. The sales person told me that the difference in size between the oven I was replacing and the one that I bought was small - but it turned out to be much larger (and vertical rather than horizontal difference).

Of course, I had told her that I was concerned about the ability to cut out a larger hole when I ordered it but she said that it was not going to be a problem. So, here is what happened: - the installation guys (who were very professional) get my old oven out and then tell me that they cannot cut a large enough hole and say that I need to hire a cabinetmaker to make it fit. - I told them that was fine.

Just take the appliance back and I would sort it out. The fridge was installed and working so no problem there. I wanted to make sure I can modify my cabinet without massive remodeling before committing to the oven. - They squirmed and obviously did not want to do it so I called the sales person, Shirley, who said that I cannot send it back - basically, the message was that I bought it, it is mine now.

I pointed out that she was the one who was missed the size issue. - I asked to talk with the manager. Of course he was not in. - Shirley called and left a message at my office, not my number that I called from (even though she knew I was at home with the installers) saying that sure, they will take it back but there will be a restocking charge. I got the message the next day. No, "what can we do to help" or "let us reschedule". Basically, it felt like a screw you, we have your money. So, even without the message from them, I decided to keep the oven in the garage and deal with the sizing issue (even though I would have bought a different oven if they had flagged the size issue correctly.

I guess I will have to install it myself. My advice to anyone is to never, never, ever, deal with these people. I realize that everything does not work out but it costs very little little to make the customer happy. Find some place that cares.
