I am updating my previous review since as of this week, Rick has fixed the issue. He ended up contacting the manufacturer and we worked out a mutually agreeable resolution. Once he started the job, he was timely and apologized for the previous issues. I am glad it is resolved and appreciate Ricks cooperation and desire to please his customers.

We used Kauer Kreations for our kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier with the results. We have a small kitchen and had to make the most of the existing space. Rick completely understood our needs and had great suggestions for maximizing the space. He was incredibly helpful and responsive during the project. Our kitchen feels bigger, we have more storage, plenty of counter space, and beautiful, high quality cabinets. It's easily my favorite room in house. We plan on updating our hallway cabinets soon and we will definitely be calling Rick.

Rick made my dream kitchen a reality. Not only is are the cabinets high quality and attractive, he also designed an incredibly functional layout - all while managing my wonky schedule! From the easy glide drawers and corner cabinet storage solution to the built in kitchen mixer lift, my kitchen is everything I wanted and more. I'd highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to complete a remodel or install an new cabinet feature. We'll definitely be return customers!

Rick did a fantastic job on my mothers kitchen. I contracted him to do a change out on the dated and falling apart chipboard cabinets that were original and badly installed when the home was built. Rick did a beautiful job designing and building the new cabinets. Really made a huge difference in the appearance and functionality of the new kitchen, including running under cab LED lights for better work space lighting. Rick also did a fantastic job working around several challenges the kitchen presented with the house sort of 'running down hill' and being out of square by a large margin.

Better yet he was extremely patient with my mother during the process, even when she was more of a hinderance than a spectator. Could not thank them more. Fabulous work, and beautiful job, coupled with extremely responsive service and install. never felt rushed.

Rick is a drying breed of men that make an incredible product and cares about his customer. You must visit him. My family has been working with him for many years.
