Terrible customer service, I know showing you at closing is bad, but if your hours are until 1 pm and you lock your doors at 12:55 pm, then just change your hours. Rude and and disrespectful. If you don't like your hours and want to leave early then find another job. These employees are ridiculous. Never been to s store that doesn't want to help their customers more than anyone else. Should just be closed on Saturdays.

Picked up irrigation supplies today. Really a first besides a few sprinkler heads I replaced over the years. Our new place has a irrigation system that needs help and Ron walked me through the process, gave me options and answered all my questions. Ron is very knowledgeable and gave amazing customer service. You've earned a new customer for life!

I am only addressing the irrigation sales department in this post. Today the customer service was pretty weak. The guy in line behind me was more helpful.! Customer service failed today,

Went into the store today with no one in there. They told me I couldn't look at there show room floor with lights today. I had to make an appointment in order to walk through to look at the show room floor. Won't be giving my business to them. Poor customers skills.

Do not waste you time wandering the big stores. This place has all the REAL irrigation stuff you need. I was a newbie home owner. This staff solved all my irrigation problems and showed.me to quality parts. No wasted time. Oh. best no baloney plumbing and lighting showrooms in area. Tip. use phone and bring pix.

Drove all over town at all different plumbing stores, they had the part I needed at half the price of anybody else, and had more in stock. Super nice people as well. It was a 1 inch backflow preventer for Potable water lines. Only one other place in town even had it, and there's was almost 3 times as much.

Woman in show room was not interested in selling me a product. She never budged from being behind the counter. KIE supply should hire passionate sales staff or train employee's for the position. Let's make some money KiE!

Avoid this place! My elderly parents purchased some outdoor lights from here. Had them just over a week while their house was being painted. We tried to install one and it would not clear their doorway. My mother tried to return them and they would not take them back. Real upstanding business you guys are running. Take advantage of the elderly.

Rating one star on someone's business is sad and feeling no good. But I have to share my story for others. I ordered some lights and light bulbs. It's been a month and I don't have them. 2 weeks delay without any notice. Well. let's say it might happen because it's covid situation. But what i can't understand is their attitude like "I don't care and it's not my business." If you guys have an important project on a planned time line, you have to be careful not to be in trouble.

I was pretty shocked that an electrical company didn't know what an AC lock was. I think they should provide basic training of electrical supplies to their associates about products. I had to go somewhere else to get the part I needed.

Great place to get your plumbing parts! Very helpful staff, always polite and welcoming. Free popcorn and coffee usually hit the spot while between jobs. And open Saturday till 1pm! Most supply houses are closed on weekends so that is good. Keep up the good work fellas!

Will be back! I used an unnamed competitor in pasco a few years ago and was left with an irrigation system that didn't work (bad design didn't have enough stations for the low GPM that my city water had) and an unprofessional hand written plan I had to follow with parts thrown in a box. Not at KIE, I was very impressed and was NOT treated like the insignificant project that mine probably was to them. Here's my compliments to them: Despite it being late on a Friday afternoon, you took the time to look at my hand-written map, ask questions and brainstormed how to get a good GPM reading. Travis was always available to answer questions in-person and over the phone.

He never gave the impression that I wasn't worth his time and designed a highly professional, computer generated plan that was easy to follow. At one point he called and asked me to re-measure parts of the property. Although initially frustrated that I had to re-measure everything, I am thankful that Travis didn't haphazardly create a plan when he realized the discrepancies.

The parts were neatly packaged and labeled with the manifolds pre-assembled. I just wanted to say thanks. I am sure that Travis has bigger and more profitable designs to work on but I definitely didn't feel that way. I had a bad experience with one of your competitors about 5 years ago and I'm happy to say this one was nothing like it. I'll definitely be back to KIE and recommend you to friends. Thanks again guys. I have nothing but good things to say about yah!

Don't buy anything from these people they suggested a filter for my irrigation system I went home and installed it and it was plugged every 19 seconds they refused to do anything but sell me a new filter for $16 less then I just paid two hours before

This place has the worst customer service in town if you are not a contractor. I wish they would just put up a sign that says we only cater to contractors. If you can avoid this store you should, unless you would like to experience bad customer service.

I went and purchased a rain-shower head from the plumbing dept I paid $159, it did not work very well not much water pressure so I tool it back as soon as they opened I was told they would not take it back because it was installed they do not give refunds on something you installed. I looked at the girl that sold it to me and reminded her that she told me if it did not work I could bring it back she just looked at me, so I asked the manager what am I suppose to do with this rain-shower head that I paid slot of money for oh and by the way where does it say you can not return something that has been installed?

My receipt says if you are not satisfied with your purchase bring it back but you will be charged a restocking fee. I asked what am I supposed to do with this there answer was sell it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

This place has a great location, easy to find with lots of variety for lighting. It seemed to be a great choice for purchasing lighting for our large open space. Candace was energetic and straight to the point. She seemed to know a great deal about the products. She showed us lots of catalog photos of additional options. We ordered a few light sets all had to be ordered.

We shared our deadline for when we needed them since we were in construction. We paid and waited.and waited. Here is where this business took a turn for the very worst and treated us like trash customers. The day after our lights were to be in, I called to ask if they could be set aside and ready to go since they were paid for so I wouldn't have to wait.

I was passed around to a couple of folks who couldn't help me. Then I was told that the order was not there. When I called a couple of days later as I was on my way in, I was told only part of my order was there, so I picked that up. No one called for a couple of days so I let them know that I needed to purchase something they had in stock because I needed lighting to go in.

After letting me know that I would pay a restocking fee even before I received the lights, I was told that they didn't have anything similar in stock. I went that same day to Home Depot to get track lighting and paid a fraction of the price. A year later, I still haven't received my refund from the lights I paid for that I'm sure they've already sold to some one else.

And I'm finding out that the restocking fee is about half of the cost of the lights. This place really ripped me off. Candace has been no help and is giving me the run around about taking my money. I just shared with her that I can't believe I'm being treated this way and I just want to get whatever pennies they are willing to give me back and move on. Her reply with an accusatory attitude, "well it shouldn't have taken you a year to get this resolved". My reply, "exactly". I'm still waiting on my check!

When I'm making purchases for my home I like to see the item in person. I recently visited this local lighting showroom for exterior wall sconces. I loved being able to take my item home with me right then and there, unlike ordering online. You definitely need to visit this place if you want to get a better picture of quality and what selections are really out there for your home, compared to the few and sometimes questionable quality at Big-Box stores.

Sometimes when you visit a local shop their prices are too high in general or they only carry high-end which can out-price many potential customers. I was impressed with the mix of prices from low to high priced items. Their prices are good and make them more appealing to more buyers. Can't go wrong trying this shop out: clean showroom, bigger/ better quality selections and good prices.

They also carry other electrical supplies in that building. Appliances, cabinets, plumbing, bathroom fixtures and irrigation supplies at their other building across the street, which I plan to visit when we get ready to switch out our faucets. http://www.kiesupply.com/
