I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I know. My husband and I bought a new house when I was pregnant and wanted to redo the kitchen before moving in and our 2nd child came. Not only did they mess up the color of the cabinets, they had to be sent back and we had to wait another 3 weeks for the correct cabinets to come it.
Finally got the cabinets in then some of the doors didn't match so once again the project was put on hold. Also, I called the rep to talk about my concerns and she never returned my 3 phone calls. I was told by KC that she has "poor cell phone service because she does a lot of traveling". KC never took ownership for their mistakes. Very very disappointed with the whole service.

We could not be more pleased with the experience we had working with Kitchen Creators!
