From start to finish, working with Blanca at The Kitchen Store was a dream. She was the perfect fit with what I wanted and went well beyond just selling me gorgeous cabinets for my complete kitchen remodel. She recommended places to go to find other things I needed for the kitchen, such as counters. She checked (because I asked) that everything I picked was well-coordinated and would look right for my small space.

She was the best partner, period. I'd use her again and again if I had more to remodel! The cabinet installer working with TKS, John, was kind and as much of a perfectionist as I am. On time, clean - just great. He went well beyond what I expected; he runs his business like I run mine, which I love. Blanca even suggested a contractor for me to work with.

He was always on time and on budget; his subs were the best (from his electrician to his painter to his plumber). I had to remove a wall, and everything was flawless with city inspections. From start to finish, it was 2-1/2 months. I made sure I wasn't late on anything, and that kept things moving. During the entire process, Blanca was there for me.

My suggestion when you call TKS: know what your style is and be able to explain how you like to work even if you've never done this before. Ask the person who answers the phone who would be the best fit for you. I think they've got many great designers there; I asked who would fit best with how I like to work, and they suggested Blanca. When we met for the first time, I knew I wanted to work with her. You're going to be working with them for a while, so take your time finding a great fit for you.

One other thing: if you think they're a little more expensive, and I did too, by the time the other places adjust to what you want, TKS is quite competitive. In the end, I think they were so reasonable for the service I received! Thanks so much!

We recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen. We used Ann from the Kitchen Store for the cabinets and she was great. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She came to the house and took measurements and provided CAD's which made it easy to make changes before being finalized. The cabinets were manufactured on time, which was very challenging given the current environment and came in right on budget. Ann recommended a contractor for the counter tops and a separate contractor for the cabinet installation; both were great. Ann was super pleasant to deal with, she followed up as she said she would and has seen the project through to completion and did it in a timely manor and within Budget! GREAT EXPERIENCE AND GREAT VALUE!

We were looking to remodel our kitchen and basically stumbled upon The Kitchen Store. We were walking around the store when the manager/owner asked if we needed help. He immediately took us to Ann. She was so amazing. She came over to the house to make all the measurements in order to create the design. We also had her look into our laundry room and bathroom.

When we came back to the store to review the design, we were stunned. The layout and 3D rendering of the kitchen were so beautiful. She had listened to what we wanted (lots of storage and countertop workspace) and delivered more than we expected. To be honest, the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room came out so much better than I could ever imagine.

Her attention to detail was amazing. She even worked with us during the installation of the cabinets to make sure everything came out right and even went further to get additional material to make everything perfect. Every morning I walk into the kitchen, I just love it. In the bathroom, we had an awkward space behind the shower. She solved that tricky storage problem with pull out drawers behind a beautiful cabinet panel.

Even the toe kick below the panel is a spring activated drawer. You can do a kitchen remodel on your own but having an experienced kitchen designer will give you more than you will ever know. Ann also gave us a couple contacts for contractors since having great cabinets need to be installed right. The photographs show the before boring white kitchen and the gorgeous after results.

Our sales rep Marie was a dream. She came out and measured, drew up sketches and got us a quote very quickly. The entire kitchen cabinetry was ordered and delivered in the time frame promised. Thank you I would highly recommend the kitchen store.

I came here some time ago and worked with Renee. She was actually very nice but over promised a lot of things. After the initial visit- she sent me home with homework which I did. She requested the measurements, which my partner thought was odd- but I explained the reason was likely to show intention, but I was wrong. She used them to show me pictures generated on her desktop.

It was pretty cool, BUT we had two versions and two separate prices. I asked for the specs showing the material and pricing, and was told those couldn't be provided, (wait what?!?!) but the pricing was typed out from a printing calculator with just the numbers, no specs. That's where they lost my business. It was certainly time wasted, so I would certainly not recommend them for any project.

Ann Higginson did an amazing job designing the kitchen cabinet layout for us. She is very knowledgeable, had great ideas, gave us all the options on pricing for the various cabinet and trim options making sure everything fit into our budget. She gave us the name of a great cabinet installer who gave us his bid for the install right away. He did a fantastic job with the install and was impressed that we had everything he needed to finish the job, thanks to Ann. We are constantly getting compliments on our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend The Kitchen Store and Ann Higginson!

I had heard only good things about this store when I went there with my designer to plan a new kitchen. There is a lot of inspiration, and lots of choices, which was good. However, salesperson Ann Higginson took us through the whole process of choosing cabinets, etc.for several hours. She was very knowledgeable. However, she never showed us any pricing, nor the difference in prices between alternatives.

She never gave any idea what the total might be. When she finally presented us with an invoice of over $46,000, we were shocked. But when we asked for a breakdown of all the costs--i.e., an itemization-- she said they "never did that, " and "it would be too complicated!" She got agitated and claimed she was taking a reduction in her pay to give me such a good deal!

But she refused to give any breakdown of the costs--which I have never heard of before! How can a store have a policy against clearly showing the customer what they are paying for? We were beyond belief about this. Also a problem was her attitude, which was indignant that we should even EXPECT to know exactly what we were paying for! $46,000! Just give us your check!

In the end, we gave in, and paid. However, all along the process over months (we are now awaiting delivery) she's been difficult to work with, and unapologetic about their policies (for example, although the contract says they will store the finished materials, she said that that is NOT an option! So even though we aren't ready to install, we have to take delivery immediately!). Also, INSTALLATION IS NOT INCLUDED!

Even though that is standard in every other store we visited--and this adds $4-5000 more to the finished price! If you decide to try this store, I suggest getting them to tell you in advance about what price range you can expect for your product. Also be sure you know what's included (for example, the glass for the cabinets, and the countertops are also NOT INCLUDED!) Also, I suggest not working with Ann Higginson. She made the whole experience difficult and frustrating--and overly expensive!

My wife and I worked with Chuck Sacco with the design and purchase of our kitchen cabinets. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience very easy. We were going to do a Lowes purchase but I'm so glad that we decided to use Chuck and the kitchen store.

Helpful sales agent. All of my questions were answered. The installer was outstanding with an eye for perfection. I was thoroughly pleased with each step in the process.

It is with tremendous appreciation that I review my experience with Chuck Sacco at the Kitchen Store. Chuck designed and oversaw my new kitchen professionally and supportively. From the moment I connected with him in the showroom until the completion, I felt listened to and guided through the process. Admittedly, I have a small footprint to work with and Chuck was able to make suggestions that have resulted in an efficient, organized, and beautiful space. Chuck was there to answer any and all questions while also being mindful of my budget.

I highly recommend Chuck and am so happy with my cabinetry and design elements. In addition, I have seen him transform a friend's kitchen who has a large space. He also made wonderful suggestions that resulted in a stunning new space. Big or small, he knows his craft and is a pleasure to work with!

Be careful on lead times. Ordered diamond cabinets bc I was assured I would receive cabinets in 4 weeks. After 3 weeks I was told it would be another 5 weeks. I don't necessarily blame the kitchen store but just giving ya'll a heads up in case they are continuing to quote people 4 weeks

We bought some beautiful Rustic Hickory cabinets from The Kitchen Store. Cynthia was wonderful to work with. She gave us great advice on how to get through the process of deciding what was best for us. I even called to ask what a couple of the boards were and how to use them. She knew exactly what they were and gave me options on how I could enhance my crown molding using them. I couldn't be happier.

It was so nice to see real wood cabinets in the showroom; it's so hard to find real wood cabinets any more. The store itself is not one of those mega-stores, but rather a long-lived provider of kitchen cabinets. I was thrilled to see the selection of cabinets, and the quality of the wood grain. I may consider the colors now that I know of the available colors.

I was recommended to go to the Kitchen Store by my neighbor. He suggested I ask for Chuck. He did not disappoint. He has great design skills. He is extremely patient. I was very undecided for a very long time because there were so many choices. Chuck is very professional and created a contract that showed all the expenses. When I wanted to get in touch with him he always responded in a timely fashion. I recommend the Kitchen Store and Chuck. The location was also great.

I personally want to thank Chuck Sacco for his help in our kitchen design and cabinetry. Chuck is very knowledgeable in his craft. I believe we would have had a much more difficult time in making our selection without Chuck's help. We would highly recommend The Kitchen Store for your kitchen and cabinetry needs. Good Job Chuck!

We couldn't be happier with our custom cabinets we ordered through The Kitchen Store and built by Atlantic Cabinets. This project was a long time coming. We have lived in our home for 36 years and were replacing the original cabinets from 1956. It was finally time for a makeover. Much thought went into this project and many design changes were made along the way, but in the end it paid off.

We work tirelessly with Kenny, at The Kitchen Store, and through it all he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and more importantly, understood our needs. We had to have the cabinets custom-built because we required 30 depth cabinets on one wall. As a result, Atlantic Cabinets stepped in and meet all our needs to accomplish this. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is remarkable and the installation was excellent.

Our cabinets were installed in November, 2021 and our kitchen completed 2 days before Christmas, 2021, just in time for the holidays. Each day my husband and I look at our beautiful kitchen and can't thank Kenny enough, along with the fantastic people at Atlantic Cabinets, for making our dream kitchen a reality.

After 25 years I decided it was time to remodel my 1950s kitchen. I initially went to one of the big box stores and they designed a very boring railroad kitchen in my space which includes a laundry room and a large empty space leading to the back door. A friend of mine suggested The Kitchen Store. I had heard about The Kitchen Store for many years from radio newscaster Melinda Lee so I gave it a shot.

I reviewed Yelp reviews and made an appointment with Ann. The Kitchen Store has a wide array of cabinets from different manufacturer's with varying quality and pricing as well as countertop options. Ann came to my home, took measurements and provided a beautiful 3D color design including a new pantry in the laundry room, a return for barstools, pendant lights, and the addition of a pony wall and banquette in the empty space. Ann took into consideration that I am very hands on and would be searching out floors, tile, countertops, appliances, hardware, windows etc myself so she referred me to the most excellent licensed contractor Alex Fossella to work with. Alex and Randy were amazing: clean, expedient, and accommodating. I'd never do another project without Alex at the helm.

I did some research and chose the Diamond Cabinets by Master Brand and couldn't be happier. Since I was losing a wall I was concerned about loosing cabinet space and Ann assured me I'd have plenty and she was absolutely correct! Ann suggested roll-outs, drawer inserts, tray holders, and I have 3 massive storage drawers in the banquette. Ann was very responsive to all calls, texts and emails throughout the process.

I emailed her photos of the floors, windows, backsplash, faucet, sink, and hardware for her opinion which really gave me the confidence and peace of mind that I was choosing aesthetic items. Had I not had the time to research what I wanted I have absolutely no doubt Ann would have taken charge of the entire project. (I just happen to be a control freak). My experience with Ann and The Kitchen Store was great and I highly recommend them for all your kitchen and cabinet needs. - Paige Z

We were incredibly pleased to work with Ann from The Kitchen store. She designed a beautiful and extremely functional quality kitchen for us, and we couldn't be happier. From our first meeting, Ann has been fantastic. She is diligent, very attention oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Within hours she had provided us with renderings of what our space could look like, and a meeting or two later, the design was finalized, and the cabinets were ordered.

She was very skilled in utilizing the kitchen design software and was flexible regarding design modifications. One of the things that impressed us most was Ann's ability to understand our desire for a chef's kitchen and find creative ways to get us that. She came up with some innovative ideas for our smaller sized kitchen like adding a walk-in pantry.

She listened to our ideas and helped us find the perfect match for our style and needs. I love her straightforward manner and honest opinions. We really were blown away with the quality of service, her attention to detail and the extraordinary customer service. Her follow through was fantastic and she came to our house multiple times to work with the contractor to make sure the implementation was followed to plan.

I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for cabinets. You will be so happy with the products and service. She invested a tremendous amount of time working with us over the course of months to make sure all the details of the design were right and she was always available when we had a questions. We love our kitchen, especially the cabinets and it makes cooking and entertaining so enjoyable.

Problem resolved after I posted unfavorable review. The manager called and stated that my item was in store and apologized profusely for the poor communication. Now, it's just a matter of installation. So I'm happy that my project will be completed in the near future and that the Kitchen Store personnel took action. But honestly, my phone calls should have been enough to resolve the problem not a poor online review.

Definitely not impressed nice ads working with the one of their wraps and let me tell you a fourth grader could have put those cabinets on that design plant no thought whatsoever put into the process just basically cabinets wherever they would fit those are no suggestions nothing Adding cabinets where there's absolutely no space --ridiculous They won't come out unless you give them a deposit there are so many other companies that come out and measure for you before signing a contractor giving them a deposit I would definitely select somebody is willing to come out spend time at my house look at what's there take measurements themselves so everything's proper and put some time and effort into the job rather than being a production line assembly telling people they need to measure themselves and that we only come out after we get your money and then the designer's horrible come on unfortunately this is society that we live in people are gullible stupid giving people free money with bad service and not realizing that the designs that they're getting or the service they're getting is half of what they should

I have been an interior designer for 20+ years and thankfully discovered The Kitchen Store and Ann Higginson for my kitchen and bath renovations. Ann is extremely knowledgeable about the different product lines carried. She is a great sounding board for ideas and because of her experience comes up with some that perhaps I had not thought of. The ordering process and installation has ALWAYS gone without any issues. I cannot recommend Ann and The Kitchen Store highly enough.

We absolutely love our new Diamond cabinets and how they turned out in our remodeled kitchen! We got the Diamond cabinets in Coconut, made of Maple. Blanca was so helpful to us every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable about everything to do with kitchens/remodels/interior design. She knew exactly what color scheme would go well with our floor, took accurate measurements of our space, and made sure they were installed correctly. We would definitely recommend.

Today I visited The Kitchen Store in Culver City the first time and I was amazed to find out their premium quality and customer service that start with a personal designer that help you get you dream kitchen. Ken, the owner, is very welcoming. He is in the business of Kitchen Cabinets for over 30 years. I am highly recomand this store for those of you that have a new kitchen in mind.

We had a fantastic experience working with Ann Higginson from The Kitchen Store. She guided us through the entire process of remodeling our kitchen and 3 1/2 bathrooms. She spent countless hours designing my dream kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. She made sure we had the best contractors to work on our home. I can't say enough how happy we are with the final result.

This was a big project and sure there were a few hiccups along the way but the most important thing is how well everything was handled to insure a perfect outcome. I had other contractors try to sell me on custom cabinets but to actually see what they look like is so much better. These cabinets are so much nicer than the plain boring custom cabinets others were trying to sell me.

There's a show room to the left, their offices are open spaces on the right. Free coffee tea and donuts! Jeffery was super helpful, we just needed bits and pieces. A half cabinet for a microwave drawer and a 15 inch cabinet for filler space.

We needed granite counter tops and a butcher block for our island. Estimate came out to $3500 for cabinets and island top. He even showed us a potential island top kept in the back but it was unfortunately cracked, would have been half the price. Quality work with a turnover rate of 4-5 weeks. Free parking lot.
