Shelley was wonderful to work with and the products are good. However, we do not recommend installation of countertops and are having a contractor fix what their service tech could not.

I am trilled with the result of my new Kitchen island. Linda Markert has been excellent on her design, execution and superb service! I would recommend Kitchen Wold to anyone!

Is there anything less than 1 star?! This experience with Kitchen World has been a NIGHTMARE! Horrible customer service and they are all about quantity not quality. I had to have a better kitchen remodeler come back out to fix their mistakes because they wouldn't fix it themselves! Every time I called to speak with someone, I either got hung up on by Linda (the rude receptionist) or she would just give me a nasty attitude and put me on hold and never forward the call leaving me sitting there on the phone for an hour! Please look elsewhere for your remodeling needs because you will be supremely disappointed if you choose to use these people!

Buyer beware! If you are looking for cabinets DO NOT trust this business. If anything goes wrong with the installation or the cabinets, they will not stand behind it and make it right.
