We had an estimate done by this company, nothing complicated, we provided the height and the length for a coffee bar. I was quoted $5,900 and was told to come in and see the plan they made. Well I showed up without a appointment just to find out the person did not have a plan, how do you quote me and the plan is not saved. They came to me to finalize the measurements, supposed to get a email the same day no later then the next day.

Well no email and after two days I called to find out my estimate is now $7,700. I'm very mad now having spend all this time with them and get this BS, and being excited a project gets finally done. Now I'm at square one again

Do not let the name fool you. They are a cabinet place. We were very clear we were looking for a one stop shop for a complete kitchen remodel. Received the quote $40k for only cabinets. All additional needs would be outsourced with their preferred vendors and they would run the project. Completely wasted a few weeks of our time. I'm sure they do awesome cabinets at $40k

I contracted to replace my Merillat cabinet doors in the kitchen and bath. They sent Lou Catania out as their estimator. I gave them 50% down on 4/23. Today is 7/26 and they still have my money and I don't have my doors. They missed their first date of 6/21. After many calls they gave me 7/21. After a second missed date, Lou started getting abusive on the phone and has repeatedly hung up on me.

It appears to me that when Lou makes a mistake he gets aggressively defensive and nasty. Not quite the professional businessman you would expect from this or any company. All the staff I dealt with were very nice and polite, but Lou refused to honor the 7/21 install date and told me he shouldn't have given that date out. All in all, this is not a company you want to deal with. I surely wish I had used a different one.

My husband and I went to their showroom. There was one customer at the time. As we are walking around looking one person came out and was cordial saying how are you folks and kept walking. We waited another five or six minutes and no one help us. In al fifteen minutes and no service. I would recommend at least a greeting such as someone will be right with you but to be totally ignored is not acceptable.

Best place in town to buy cabinets from. Amazing and highly professional and trusted owner and designers. Everything went perfectly smooth thanks to Kitchenland. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

An addendum to my review below: Besides amazing service and installation, they follow through until everything is perfect! Many other companies never return after the cabinets are installed; homeowners never see them again. This is not the case with Kitchenland. They will not forget your name or address and will make any corrections as needed, until you are 100% satisfied! Lou is the BEST!

This company deserves more than five stars! Starting with Lou, we got a professionally designed layout. Other places use drag and drop software, but Lou visits the property and insures all measurements. He then proceeds to design a fantastic kitchen! The installers are extremely adept and it is obvious that they have been working for this company for many years.

Everything was installed perfectly, but Lou stopped by, as did the company owner, to insure that all the requirements were followed exactly. Understandably, Lou is in demand, so I suggest you make an appointment. He will show you their product line and help you to make the best decision for your needs. HIGHLY recommend Kitchenland for kitchen and bath cabinets!

I got all my new cabinets from Kitchenland and it was a great experience. They sure know cabinets and can get the right prices along with the expertise to make the experience easy and painless! I would send any of my friends and co -workers to use Kitchenland for new or if you are wanting to restore your current cabinets.

After MONTHS of searching for a decent kitchen cabinet designer and cabinet product, we FINALLY found Kitchenland. Lou is the BEST designer in town. He listens to you and gives you what you want! He also has a great sense of humor and wonderful east coast personality. Additionally, their installers, Conrad (a ZENMASTER with WOOD), Jim (highly skilled woodworker as well) and Mickey (a good guy with laser focus) are ALL TOP NOTCH and have the patience of SAINTS (important during a kitchen reno!) Also, we have even been able to rely on the installers for other odd jobs around the house after our kitchen project was finished. Kitchenland and their employees are absolutely FANTASTIC! Would use them again and again (and have!)

To be fair - This review is based on a visit to the store, not on buying cabinets or a kitchen remodel. Although I do need a full kitchen remodel, and that is why I went to the showroom. My partner and I looked around first. We wanted to see the selection. The staff did greet us as we walked around. After looking around I had a few simple questions. Simple!

When I went to the staff to ask them, they literally shut me down. Not even letting me ask the simplest of questions. We were told the ONLY person that could help us was Lou who was busy. And we would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to ask him any questions. I was not looking for an auto-cad layout, just a few unanswered very simple questions. We considered going back to Kitchenland in an hour or so to talk to Lou, but when we arrived at another showroom, they were so helpful in answering all our questions, got us excited about their inventory and working with them we have decided to re-do our new large kitchen with that company instead.

We are building a new home & visited Kitchenland to get a bid. Lou was impatient, rude and tried to tell us what we wanted. Then he didn't even call with the bid when he committed he would!. When we finally reached him, not only did he fail to apologize for not calling, but he started arguing that he has been in the business for 30 years and we didn't need the bid yet since we haven't broken ground yet, etc. I guess business is so good he didn't need to bid a 5200 sq ft home!

Total arrogant flakes. The great Lou made me wait forever while joking on the phone with a colleague about charging extra to somebody. Separately he was rude to my wife. He said he needed two weeks to get everything done because he is a busy man and he did not even start. I both wrote and called and he did not respond. I finally spoke to the owner who said he personally would get back to me within a couple hours.

He did not. He did have Lou call who told me how important he is and my job is no big deal to him. (We are building a new huge house which is unique in Las Vegas these days). They are not close to custom cabinet makers. You use their predesigned product or nothing.

If you're going to get new kitchen cabinets and you don't check out kitchen land you're making a mistake. Lou was really helpful. The best! His statement that our kitchen cabinets were going to be like fine furniture turned out to be true. All of their installers were top notch professionals and his suggested contractors did a great job. They were there when they said they were going to be and finished when they said they were going to.
