Kittredge was a proud participant of the 2021 Yale Branford / Saybrook kitchen renovation project. The last time these kitchens were upgraded was 20 years ago. Branford and Saybrook Colleges are connected to each other by the building they share. The new name for this historic building is the Yale Schwarzman Center in thanks to the 150. We provided all of the new equipment: Vulcan combi ovens, range, griddle and charbroiler, F.W.E. An absolutely beautiful outdoor bar project by Laura Clark at Great Horse Country Club.
