Long's plumbing was recommended by our family friend when our furnace went out in December for a few days. The furnace needed to be replaced completely. They were able to replace it the same day they came out, in about 4 hours! Very professional and helpful.

I literally talk to 300+ Shops a week selling software for service providers, and I am (unfortunately) surprised by this great Customer Service! She was: both professional & accommodating, and sincerely warm/friendly. answered what questions she could; was very informed If she is any reflection on the caliber of people you have on your team, then you are hands above many other shops; both bigger and smaller, it was truly a pleasant experience

They were able to get us on their schedule for a leak in our plumbing. Jason was thoughtful on his approach to finding and replacing our copper plumbing with new piping. I had an install of a new furnace today. There was a residual issue with the AC airflow after the install. Jeff J came to my house after hours and thoughtfully and kindly fixed the issue. He was responsive, professional, and good natured about it. I was not charged for the after hours fix and couldn't be happier. When things don't go perfectly at first, the best outcome is a responsive technician who solves the problem. Jeff did that with a smile. Five stars, great company, great value. I will refer relatives and friends.

First time using Long Plumbing and I couldn't be more pleased. Spoke to Ashley regarding drain issues that I was experiencing and she reassured me that they could get job done. That same day 2 gentleman showed up and resolved all of my plumbing issues, poor drainage and leaking pipes, in just a couple of hours. Hands down Long Plumbing, Heating and Cooling are just the best! Of all the service providers we have had in all the the places (multiple states) they exceed expectations every time. The technicians are salaried not commissioned they fix what ever you need the right way the first time. I wish they would move to Georgia with us. They replaced our old unit and added an extra upstairs unit per our request( hubby likes to sleep cool) and did everything perfectly they are tidy neat and clean workers even their trucks are immaculate!

I had a small bathroom remodel and the designer and team were fantastic! we were treated like it was an important job. I feel completely comfortable with everyone they sent to my house and have even left on occasion. Cannot say enough good things! They are the best!

I called the office Monday for information on backflow testing, which I was completely clueless about. I had called 8 other companies on the certified list, AND the city, and was met with rude, unprofessional people. I called Long's and spoke to Ashley. She was SO very nice. She explained everything cheerfully, and in great detail. I found out everything I needed to know, Ashley made it easy to understand and she was so professional and kind.

It has been a LONG time since I talked to someone in customer service who treated me that well. I will certainly be using Long's for future needs and recommending them to all!

I highly recommend the staff at Long's for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs. I have always had excellent service on "routine" calls however, was faced with no heat at 4 am (on of course the coldest morning in 2021) and had a technician at my house within a 1/2 hour of my call, professional and respectful of COVID protocols. The issue identified and heat restored! The staff and technician's are courteous, professional and always there when you need - even at 4 am!
