Andy Madsen made my kitchen a thing of beauty. Nobody is more knowledgeable than Andy.

This company is the best! I used them to service my home in Upper Darby. My radiator was not coming on in my bedroom. When I turned on the water heater the water streamed from my porch ceiling. In the end, they came and found that there was a piece broke that connects two pipes in the ceiling. They cut in my ceiling, found the broken pipe and fixed it.

It didn't cost an arm or leg either. Now, I'm in Roxborough which they really don't service. However, they had a contractor that was out here that to service someone every six months. So I just got on that schedule. When they came they cleaned my filters. In addition, they found that my furnace power unit was dead. They got me smart on my units and found an issue just in time for winter! They just take care of their customers in short :-

Madsen installed a hot water heater in my home and the job was smooth despite how difficult it was to maneuver the unit into our basement. The technicians were very professional and cleaned up when they were done.

Last year Madsen renovated my Master Bathroom and they began renovating my Hall Bathroom this week. They have extremely knowledgeable employees and I trust their advice. I highly recommend this company - you will not be sorry!

I just had my kitchen and 2 bathrooms gutted and constructed by Madsen. My house was built in 1926. From initial contact, selection of materials, the installation, they were a true joy. I will say they are honest, totally anal, have the best carpenter, plumber, tile installer, I could have ever hoped for. Most importantly, they care.

Joe carefully designed and planned creative use of every inch in my small kitchen. Steve DeSantis repaired damage done by former contractor and expertly did all the carpentry and installation of drywall, new window, new exterior doors and cabinets. Ashley and Jim coordinated and supervised all the many details and offered expertise if needed, and coordinated timelines for multiple sub-contractor professionals (plumbing, electric, mason, granite, insulation). Joe helped me select KCMA certified green white shaker cabinets in correct sizes. Ashley, Jim or Joe from Madsen on-site daily. WOULD RECOMMEND AND TRUST YOUR RENNOVATION TO MADSEN, INC. I have had the pleasure of working with Madsen three times now. As a new homeowner, the first time to encounter various issues with your home, it is stressful to find great service people. Madsen has assisted us with a repair to our AC unit, a furnace tune up and now a hot water heater replacement. Each time they were able to come quickly, are friendly and help education the home owner by explaining and answering all questions, and are prompt! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with!

Utterly incompetent and unprepared to solve issues other than something straight out of the textbook. This is a firm that has gone greatly downhill over the last few years and now resting on a reputation from a previous generation.

I spent about 10 years ago much money to renovate my kitchenin my primary residence in NJ. a job well done. but when i reached out to this company recently to repair a water damaged cabinet in my kitchen, i received 0 response. absolutely incorrigible behavior to a past customer. i would never recommend this group to anyone except if you want 0 customer service

Great family owned business! Great service and everyone there was easy to work with. My AC installation was non stressful and I am very pleased. Will use again!

Called and inquired about a Heating problem I was having. at first, I was told they would send someone without charge then would be given an estimate on the spot. Later, they then tried to charge me $95.00. I do/did not expect a free service call. however it is very disapointing to see that they tried to get a job, then change the details, sure enough the lady wasnt very kind or objective in her argument with very child-like sarcastic responses. I HAD NO PROBLEM PAYING $95.00 as that is a standard rate anyone would have. They did not do the job so I cannot speak their quality of work.
