I own a home in West Los Angeles and hire Martins construction to covert the 1 car garage into accessory dwelling unit. They did a great job and handled changes very efficiently. There were a few plan changes that my architect did not anticipate that the city inspector requested and Martins construction handled everything smoothly and within budget.
It turned out to be so beautiful I'm enjoying the $2k per month cash flow from my 1 car garage and was able to rent it in 2 days after receiving certificate of occupancy. I will hire them again for my next remodel or new construction project. Next time I will do a master addition to increase cash flow.

Rob and his crew did an excellent job with our remodel. He was very hands on and always made sure that the project was on track and going smoothly. The work was extremely professional and we did not experience any of the headaches and problems that I've heard friends complain about when working with general contractors. We cannot recommend him enough, we are very pleased with how our house came out.
