Mosaik was a pleasure to work with and definitely worth the wait (they already had quite a backlog of projects when we first met). They transformed our small kitchen into a space that now feels like the center of our home, enjoyable for both making meals as well as relaxing and socializing. Our small downstairs bathroom now feels welcoming, more spacious, and adds a touch of elegance that both we and our guests enjoy.

Once the construction began, Scott was in near daily contact giving updates and was frequently at the house checking on progress and workmanship. Erin was able to communicate a design vision to a couple that didn't really know what they wanted and was very patient as we worked through various ideas (usually before returning to one that she had already suggested). We love the result, and we'll definitely use Mosaik again for future projects.

High end attitude to match (likely high end) prices. They probably do a great job. Based on my discussion with them, you will likely pay a lot for it. If you are looking for high end, top tier service and price, check them out. Otherwise, look elsewhere. We did not hire Mosaik, but had an initial call with them regarding our master bathroom remodel.

After 5-10 minutes I mentioned our budget, to which the woman replied "for a master bathroom?" in a condescending/surprised tone. It was as if we were not even close to what they would charge. By the way our budget is ~$35k, which is very reasonable for a master bathroom remodel (we have other general contractor estimates starting around the upper $20k range.).

After that, I choose to end the discussion and move on. Based on their photo gallery they look to do a beautiful job. 4/5 stars because they at least called me back, which not everyone is doing now due to the high demand for contractors.

Mosaik Design did a kitchen and first floor remodel for our home and we would highly recommend them. Erin and Scott are a joy to work with from start to finish. Erin has beautiful design ideas and Scott implements them with perfect craftmanship. Mosaik Design's talent and expertise shows in all they do. They are timely and professional, even finishing ahead of schedule. We enjoy our remodel daily because it is not only beautiful, but functions perfectly as well. Erin, Scott, and the Mosaik team were wonderful to work with. They turned our dreary galley kitchen into a functional yet beautiful space, on time, during the COVID pandemic. Erin's layout changes added much needed counter space and a pantry! We didn't think a pantry was possible. And tweaks like new high windows and wider/taller openings helped our home feel airy and flow so much better. Scott was the ultimate professional.

He gave practical advice on how to live through a kitchen renovation and addressed any concerns promptly. We picked Mosaik because we loved the special details we saw in their portfolio and wanted that for our home, and they absolutely delivered.

After searching for almost a year for the right company, we fortunately found Mosaik to remodel our kitchen, nook and sunroom. We are incredibly happy with the results and love our new kitchen. Even with Covid going on, Mosaik still finished on time and they handled all of the unexpected issues that Covid brought on extremely well. I was very involved in looking at the quality of work each week and whatever question I had, Mosaik always responded and they put quality and our expectations first. I don't think you could find a better general contractor than Scott!

We truly couldn't be happier with the work Erin and Scott have done on our kitchen remodel. They make an excellent team - Erin has a lovely design aesthetic and outstanding customer service and Scott is a detailed project manager and skilled contractor. They are both such a pleasure to work with. We've had experience working with terrible contractors in the past and our experience with Mosaik has been just the opposite. Erin and Scott are very responsive, accommodating to our requests, flexible yet hold a high standard. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My company has subcontracted the majority of painting for Mosaik Design since their inception. I have known Erin and Scott personally for several years prior. Both Erin and Scott are very talented individuals and provide their customers with outstanding service and value. As a member of their construction team, I appreciate their dedication to detail, maintaining the construction schedule, their personal and business ethics and involvement throughout all stages of the project.

When looking to expand our business, I use Mosaik Design as the model of comparison. If all remodeling firms conducted business in the same manner as Mosaik Design, the remodeling/construction industry would be far better off.

Erin Davis and the Mosaik Design team provide a really pleasant, professional experience. I was surprised about the ease and efficiency she brought to helping me decorate my first home. She was attentive to the many questions I had and addressed them all in a timely manner. Erin also helped me think through things I didn't even know I should be considering and diligently kept me on task while remaining sensitive to my needs and requirements. I would recommend Mosaik Design to anyone for projects large or small.
