I am sitting here in my own house that I do not recognize! The kitchen reno performed by New Look is nothing short of amazing. I had my old cabinet boxes repainted, new doors and drawer fronts installed with new hardware, new sink and faucet and quartz countertops and matching panels installed on my dishwasher and refrigerator. As a bonus, they made pull out drawers on tracks for 2 of my cabinets onsite.
The paint color for the cabinet boxes was a spot on match to the doors. Everyone who came to do their various jobs from the painters (who created a spray booth out of my kitchen), the countertop installers and the cabinet people were stellar. On time, calls to confirm, and calls when they were in the car 1/2 hour away. This was not a tiny job - I had 28 cabinet doors alone and once all of the materials were in, they got it done in three days! These guys are great. Ratan Sharma runs a great business. He has a great selection of materials and finishes and for me, the result is absolutely beautiful.

Crew did a fine job but the quality of what you get for the cost doesn't make sense. Ratan was a nice salesperson when he came and pithed me, but when an issue arose (there where knicks and in the Canadian doors to the cabinets) and needed replaced, he wanted demanded payment in full, even though we didn't have most of the doors, he went ballistic on me the customer.
Be sure to pay this company by Credit Card and not check. It's worth the 3% premium to have recourse with him. In hindsight I would never have had them do my kitchen. It's cheap veneer material they use - they glue on the cabinet facing to your old existing cabinets. Do yourself a favor, buy real hardwood cabinets for a 1/3 fraction of the price. Don't keep old existing cabinets that may have issues.
Don't believe that solid wood kitchen cabinets cost $30,000 - $45,000 as he says, that's nonsense, they only cost $5,000 - $10,000 for high end. You redid my kitchen in Queens Ratan. Yes Jim Davidson isn't my name, but its the truth.

Ratan and his team said they would have our kitchen completely finished within 5 working days, and as promised they exceeded their own deadline. I LOVE my kitchen done by New Look - it was a much needed facelift which left my kitchen looking absolutely brand new. Everything was done professionally and every courtesy was taken to make sure our house was left clean during the process. I would highly reccomend New Look for you're KItchen renovation. It was the best home improvement experience I have had yet. The ordering was so easy and the execution of the project was perfection. The onsite installation was fast, finished the job early and worked so professionally and clean! I can't say enough about how thrilled I am to have a brand new kitchen in just 2 days! 5 stars!

We had new countertops installed and refaced the existing cabinets. New Look worked with us to schedule the demo and installation at a personally convenient time in the future. On the day of the demo, the team arrived and prepped the kitchen to ensure that the dust was contained. The countertops and cabinets were professionally installed and the team did a good job of cleaning up. I am very pleased with the results.

New look refaced my father's kitchen late 2016. I have dealt with a lot of contractors on Long Island, and I can say from a lot of experience that most are people that are probably in business for themselves because they are essentially unemployable at a real company. Working with New Look was a breath of fresh air - they are very much a real company - reliable, prompt and professional. My dad's kitchen was completed on time and on budget and looks beautiful. Wonderful.from planning, scheduling, and to beautiful completion. No hitches.truly looks like a $40k kitchen at 1/3 the cost and only a couple of days of disruption, as opposed to months had we opted for a rip out and new cabinetry etc. Everyone who sees it is amazed at how great it looks. Owner and crew were terrific.very accommodating and no nickel and diming! We heartily recommend them. They are the real deal!
