Norfolk Kitchen & Bath was founded by Lena and Benjamin Rosen. In 1934, they opened a small hardware store on Norfolk Street in Boston, and aptly named it "Norfolk Hardware." Eventually, Norfolk Hardware expanded to a full fledged home center, moved to a larger location, and began offering cabinets, countertops and remodeling services.
Norfolk Kitchen & Bath offers services that not all cabinet companies provide. We go over and above the competition by providing top quality products and services but also by developing a strong business partnership. We do not serve you for just today, we serve you for tomorrow and the future. Our estimating department will bid and do takeoffs off of architectural plans, and we have project managers that will work closely with the GC on the entire process from bidding, field measuring, shop drawings, ordering, and coordination of deliveries.

Not a single person in kitchen and bath design when my husband and I arrived. We went there to purchase a bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet. Woman was so rude! Couldn't even give us 10 min of time. Had photos, measurements in hand and even the cabinet sample we wanted. She told us they don't carry that line and it's listed on their website.
I got the "I've been here a long time" line. We said we could go with another cabinet line but wanted something similar. She was very short and curt. No reason for the attitude at all. See you later. Taking our business elsewhere and I would recommend anyone reading this to do the same. Unprofessional!

Can't keep appointments, lack of associates in the stores on weekends. If you do happen to go into the store on the weekend be prepared to be ignored. I was in the store for 30 mins while the associate John ignored me and continued to answer the questions of other patrons despite making eye contact with me several times. Too many places to go to waste my money here.

I was referred here by one of my contractors for new kitchen cabinets. Sent an initial email with dimensions of the kitchen and received an email back saying that a designer would be in touch. A Leymarie Arroyo reached out shortly after with an estimate as well as images of what the design would look like. We scheduled an in person meeting to see the cabinets and get an idea of the process. Leymarie was very off putting and a bit rude.
Still we were looking to move forward with Norfolk as we had heard decent things. We left asking if she could send us an estimate for the installation and she said she would. We were ready to purchase but never heard back from her so decided to look elsewhere. Ended up going to Home Depot and received better customer service and a better price.

I had a great experience working with Merry to design my kitchen, which I love. She listened well to my tastes and needs ( I had a list of like 15 things I wanted specifically, squeezed in my 12 x 10 kitchen). She was very nice to work with. I was able to stay in my budget and get all the things I wanted! My contractor installed it and it was a very successful project!

This is for the Braintree location. I'm very impressed with the Professionalism & Skilled craftsmen ship provided by Norfolk Kitchen & Bath. "AWESOME EXPERIENCE" The entire experience was a team effort. Felt like doing a project with friends. Excellent customer service. Norfolk kitchen & Bath put's "The Customer First". I was directed here by my contractors when looking for good solid cabinetry for a kitchen remodel. I ordered $6000.00 worth of Armstrong cabinets and went on my way. The only issue was the interior finish on some open shelving was not correct. My heart sank as I prepped for a battle with the folks at Norfolk. Boy was I surprised! Not only did they solve the problem with brand new and correctly matched cabinets.
The promised it in 10 days so my remodel would barely be affected by the problem. I love the product and can not say enough about he customer service! Haven't seen the likes in years. Very Happy Customer.
