Manny is a Florida Licensed Contractor. He was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Southwest Florida in 1979. Originally the founder of a construction company, Josie Cypher Inc., Manny began work in the industry in 1984. Realizing his passion for design, Manny opened Premier Showcase Inc. 12 years later in 1996.

Premier Showcase was founded in 1996 by Manny Josie, a Florida state-certified building contractor who found a demand for his remodeling services. Premier Showcase was established to specialize in custom cabinetry and flooring in Fort Myers, Naples and surrounding areas. Our showrooms provide our customers with the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of cabinet styles, countertops and floor covering options; from the current standards to the most luxurious options available in the industry today.

BEWARE-I thought being this dishonest of a company was illegal. Premier Showcase put a construction lien on our house without any attempt to get payment or tell us they would not fix damages after they were notified of them. My countertop was cracked in 3 areas during installation. Installers took pictures and sent to Danny Jose, VP and were instructed to fill with wax crayon.
We asked installers frequently about any cracks or issues and were assured that there were none. Premier Showcase admitted in writing that they did see cracks and filled with wax crayon during install. They stated in writing they would fix the cracks but then put a construction lien on our house without any attempt to get payment or tell us they would not fix cracks after they were notified of damages. Don't let them into your home. I wish I hadn't. I have contacted BBB.

We were very excited after our consultation with the owner Manny for our great room project. He seemed very knowledgeable and said he would get back to us in a week with his design suggestions. After 6 weeks of not hearing from him, we drove to the showroom and spoke with him, he said we were next on the list on he would get back to us in a couple days. 2-3 weeks later, no contact at all.
We called on phone and were told he would return our call in a few days. Nothing. No acknowledgment of any kind, totally ignored since the original meeting. We totally understand if a company is busy or backed-up, just tell us, but no contact, no response, nothing to comfort our concerns is not acceptable. Sorry we were not able to work with this company.

We are extremely please with the work that they did. They redesigned our kitchen, installed new flooring throughout the house remodeled our wine bar and knocked out walls to open up our home. It looks like a brand new house. Their attention to detail and quality of work is amazing. I would highly recommend them. If you are considering a renovation look no further then Premier Showcase! My husband and I were so thrilled with the whole experience of working with this honest family owned company! Hello Manny, Danny, Amanda and Krystal - Here is a photo of our Guest Bathroom with the installation of the glass shower enclosure, which was installed today! We have to compliment Manny and Danny for their great design work, and the many suggestions they made during the design and construction phases of our renovation project. We also express our appreciation to Amanda and Krystal for organizing our project, ordering the necessary supplies, and being responsive to our changes along the way!

Premier Showcase just came out and renewed the finish on our kitchen cabinets. They cabinets are absolutely beautiful and we can't believe what a difference the smooth, shinier finish makes. This is a wonderful company, and they stand by their work and products. All the workers were so nice, very efficient, and we felt so comfortable having them in our home! Thanks Premier Showcase!
