Working with Chad Vencel and his team has been the most service oriented experience a homeowner can ever ask for. With a first time remodel project, I felt very fortunate that I had Chad and his team to guide me along. The level of handholding and ownership throughout the process has been the most valuable to me. Chad worked with me tirelessly in helping me understand the factors to take into account with the design, coming up with multiple revisions until a final draft was reached.

That in itself was no small feat, given how indecisive I can be sometimes. But what really set Chad and his team apart was the way they worked with me throughout the construction process when problems surfaced. And there were many problems in the construction process, some minor but unfortunately for me, a big issue came up. Chad and his team were always responsive and ready to help with whatever it took to get the project back on track.

Their level of commitment and responsiveness stayed steady and attentive throughout the construction process up until the last moment after the contractors have left. I feel grateful that I had gone with Chad's team at Quality Kitchen Cabinets. The reality is that in a construction project like this, customer service weighs just as much as the cabinets being purchased. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate the support and service oriented approach Chad brings to the table as a business.

I love my new kitchen cabinets and countertops! I had a nearly complete plan when I went in, but Chad Vencel helped me make some design modifications that worked out beautifully. Chad and his team made the ordering, paying and delivery processes effortless. Everything went like clockwork. The countertop installation people that Chad sent out were also great, fun to watch and super precise.

We had a minor snafu with one drawer face, but QKC ordered me a new one and sent it out to my house right away. I liked doing business with Chad so much last year that I started a new project with QKC this year. I give Chad and the entire QKC team my highest recommendation.

A chance meeting of QKCSF's new owner, Chad Vencel, in January 2019 was fate at its best! I had been planning/shopping for my kitchen remodel for a few months. Chad is one of the most creative, responsive, attentive and an all around really nice person I have ever had the pleasure to work with! His new team of specialists is of the same caliber.

I have absolutely no regrets on my choice of Ovation cherry wood, touch open/close, custom designed kitchen cabinets. I had ideas and Chad had solutions. I now have a kitchen which is beautiful, totally functional, and seriously beyond my expectations!

Our kitchen update was well overdue. We had previously dealt with a different company with the same name but is no longer in business. Working with our consultant, Patrick Roane, was smooth and effortless. He quickly designed our kitchen using the specifications that we provided. The delivery was prompted and error free. We did our own installation and are extremely happy with the results.

If a salesperson with a temper is what you expect when spending tens of thousands of dollars on your kitchen and bathroom, this is your place and Rashad is your man. I will never forget him standing in our still unfinished kitchen screaming at our architect and contractor. We placed our order in October of 2018, our cabinets were installed by our contractor (admittedly with some issues) in early 2019, and our kitchen is still not finished in November of 2019.

Even the countertop people told me they hope to no longer work with this business- they've had that many problems. There aren't many places in San Francisco to buy kitchen cabinets so I understand why people continue to come here. Perhaps if you work with someone else- maybe Jessie or Patrick- things will go smoothly. For us, it's been a terrible experience. I imagine Rashad will post some kind of response here, and he has every right to. Just like we have the right to share how he handled our home.

They had one job, design and order custom bathroom cabinet around the sinks we chose. Richard kept asking us what our sink specs were, we finally chose and sent to him. He confirmed he had them. He sent us some strange drawing that made me nervous as it showed the sinks looking like they were from the 70s, with these awful oval shapes. I wrote back stating, you know our sinks are square right?

He acknowledged and said their renderings would not reflect actual shape. I am a lawyer not a designer, but I wasn't sure what the heck good renderings would be good for if they didn't reflect what the design would be. skip to now, Cabinet's delivered Friday, and pie countertop installer comes out for measurement. First question- what idiot designed this cabinet around those sinks?

He knew we sent the specs of the sinks, same day we sent them to his company, on the day we bought them, 7/25/19. I have the email to prove it! 7/26 we signed the order for custom cabinets that Richard claimed would fit those sinks. My sinks and a faucet will not fit in that cabinet. One darn job! Isn't this what you do all day?! Now I have to reverse engineer.

I have to try to find tiny sinks to fit this cabinet, hope that the company takes these sinks back, and then wait for the counter top people to come out again and then wait several more weeks for the fabrication to begin. Nothing quality here!

We were mislead by their sales person and they refuse to return the deposit. The sales person provides us a agreement document with all white cabinets. We told him then that we needed to have a two color option. Since it was a Saturday he was going to call the cabinet maker on Monday to confirm if it can be done and if not possible we could cancel.

We signed the agreement on this condition. unfortunately we took his word for it. On Monday he informed us it is not possible and will give us a full refund. After 15 days of constantly calling they finally reversed some of the charges but refused to return $500 as it was past 24 hours cancellation period. We lost $500 for no fault on our part. Also the sales people here a very pushy and want you to upgrade and seem to be doing you a favor.

Please look else where for your cabinets if you want peace of mind and if you need any customization. Also their prices are atleast 20% higher for similar or better quality product. Their cabinets are not made local.

Patrick and Quality Kitchen Cabinets are great to work with. Patrick listened to all our needs and helped create our kitchen design. We have an unusual kitchen with alot of details and we worked through many iterations. Throughout the process, Patrick was upbeat and professional. He also helped us find a contractor to install our kitchen. Patrick provided excellent customer service.

I worked with Quality Kitchen Cabinets on two major projects in my kitchen. Their professionalism, attention to detail and kind demeanor made both projects smashing successes. I would not hesitate to go to them again. Thank you Mike and Aldo!

Talked with their sales guy for about an hour. Checking out different brands, styles, countertops etc. Gave him a basic drawing of the kitchen that we were going for. Exchanged emails to confirm we had the right info. Then just never heard back. No follow-up. Such a waste of everyone's time.

We purchased Kemper cabinets for our new kitchen from Patrick at QKC. Patrick was terrific throughout the process. He knows his business and his product well; he helps you with your timeline and he even helped us find a general contractor. Even after the sale was over, Patrick was happy to help field any questions we had and clearly was committed to us having a fantastic experience from start to finish. Working with Patrick was smooth and it also was handy to be able to purchase all of our appliances through BSC which is located in the same building. Thanks so much Patrick!

Think twice! I got my kitchen this summer and worked with Patrick! My full name is Alina and he knows exactly what I am talking about! We had to remeasure several times and I had to pay my contractor several thousands of dollars more because the kitchen we ordered came with cracks and breaks! After all the project took 2 and a half months because we had to wait for all the right parts and new cabinets.

When the project was finally finished there are still cracks and indents! And all we got is a can of touch up paint! Since Patrick brought some guy from the cabinet making company and he said that he doesn't have anyone who can touch it up for me I had to hire someone else for a load of money to fix it. Very unprofessional and annoying! I wanted high quality American made kitchen and I got the worst customer service and poor quality cabinets! I wish this could have been different experience and outcome! This is completely my fault because I paid upfront!

Patrick was my salesperson. He came out and measured and designed my kitchen and offered great suggestions along the way. QKC was top notch in delivering exactly what our expectations were. We were really excited to see the outcome. We love our new kitchen. Great work and will recommend you to all our friends.

The house I bought used them for all the cabinets in the house. The quality is amazing! We accidentally crack a door and we needed to order a new cabinet door. When I went to pick it up today I was pleasantly surprised there was no charge because it was under warranty! Amazing!

I ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops, and the whole experience just sucked, I get so angry just thinking about it. Mark Squire was the horrible designer and sales rep that I worked with. I'll just let the facts speak for themselves: - In one corner the drawers face each other in a way that you cannot install handles and still open the drawers.

When the designer came over to take new measurements, he told me "This may seem like a big deal to you, but these kind of mistakes happen all the time". Really? Like, to you, who design drawers for a living? How many things do you have to look out for exactly? He said it would take 2 weeks to get replacements, it took 6 weeks. - I spent $800 on a space-saving system for the corner, called "Magic Corner." When it arrived, it was not the one I saw in the showroom. Also, the mechanism isn't very loose and kind of hard to open and close.

After many phone calls, finally Mark agreed to come and take a look at what we got. First he said he was going to order the correct system, then it turned out it wasn't available anymore, but he would order a new "loose" mechanism. When the replacement finally arrived, it was just new drawers, a different size. Not the correct size, just a different size. Basically, the system sucks.

It wastes a lot more space than it saves. - Ordered a cabinet to enclose my standard cabinet-depth fridge. Well, the fridge is sticking 5 inches out of the cabinet. Apparently it's news to Mark that fridges these days have water running to them, and he didn't leave space for the water pipe. His solution? Jam the water pipe inside the fridge. like inside inside. remove the back cover and jam the water pipe between the wires inside the fridge. It's so ridiculous that I don't even know where to begin describing what's wrong with this. Like, hello, electrocution attempt?

Or fridge warranty? - With the countertops, I ordered a bar top. Mark said it could go 12 inches out without brackets, but after he installed it, it was sagging and moving when you lean on it. That was a total nightmare to get it fixed. First, it was my contractor's fault for not installing the plywood correctly. I talked to Mark's installers and they told me the plywood was fine.

Then Mark called me to tell me that "the shopkeeper" said the countertop must be fine if it's only sticking out 12 inches. I asked who that shopkeeper was and how she knew since she's never seen the countertop. that conversation didn't go well. After a million phone calls, Mark finally ordered me brackets for the countertop -- and the most ridiculous thing is that these brackets cost $2.40 a piece, and he ordered me two of them. Did I really have to spend 10 hours on the phone with you for those?

Come on! -- Horrible delivery practices. I had the cabinets and the countertops delivered on 2 separate dates. Cabinets took 3 attempts, countertops -- 2 attempts. First time, they told me sometime between 1 pm and 3 pm, in the middle of my work day. so I made arrangements to be home. At 3:30 I get a phone call that they won't be able to make it today. it just went on from there.

Stay away. The designers are completely incompetent. Trying to get replacements for work that should have been done correctly in the first time? Well, you will be negotiating with people who have no concept of reason or ethical business practices. Just totally blows my mind that this place is still in business.

I have a dream. The dream started 12 years ago when I moved into my current digs. A spacious place in SF standards but some amenities were lacking. For someone who loves to cook, the 60's kitchen finishes and awkward layout made cooking meals a pain. Fast forward 12 years. 1 architect, 1 contractor, hours of researching and visiting showrooms, and finally, I found what every kitchen needs: cabinets, counters and appliances all under one roof (which is really BSC).

The first two I found at QKC which I have passed many, many times on my way to the hardware store. Their showroom looked fancy and out of my price range. But upon further inspection and questions, QKC was the place for me. They helped me make my dream come to fruition. Do your homework folks. Overhauling any room, but especially hard working ones like your kitchen requires knowledge you never had.

Learn the guts of your home and search accordingly. Buy what you can afford without breaking the bank. Look at the big picture. Make sure you can afford it. Mark S. deftly guided me through the trials and tribulations of cabinet making, from dove tail construction to self closing mechanisms to trim and all things in between. He was patient, offered suggestions as it took 1.5 months to finalize the cabinets, and now installed, I am glad we used every inch of space possible.

His coworkers were very nice and helped with any extraneous questions I had when Mark was away. I'm also digging the polished elegant Caesarstone quartz counter tops; the installation looks pretty seamless. I'm thrilled with a well-planned and executed kitchen design which should last for years to come. If another renovation crosses my path, I'll be sure to use them again.

After a 3 month absence, I can't wait to get back into my kitchen. My first meal: my dad's stew. Update: It's been about a full week since I reclaimed my kitchen (and the rest of my home) and it's amazing how much easier it is now to prepare a meal. Still learning & figuring out how to organize it but there's plenty of time for that. Cheers.

Love our kitchen cabinets. QKCSF has an excellent selection of cabinets from several different manufactures and ranging in price. They have a nice showroom where you can see the cabinets on display. But best of all they deliver excellent no nonsense professional and honest service. We worked with Emily and she was great. She listened to what we wanted and took our budget seriously.

She went over details and options with us and set out the cost of various items so that we could decide, based on our budget and our priorities what we wanted. She did not try and sell us more than we had budgeted for. Then, once we had the design finalized, she worked well with our contractor to make sure she had the details down. Because we ended up behind schedule in ordering our cabinets, Emily worked really hard to make sure to get our order in quickly. The cabinets were delivered to our doorstep on the day they were promised. Now that they are in we could not be happier.

I have just finished my house remodel. It involved my kitchen, two bath rooms and a powder room. I was referred to the Quality Kitchen by my friend who had used them and had very positive feed back. Based on my architect's drawing, some of my cabinets would need to be custom-built and could cost me a lot of money. Emily at QKC(Quality Kitchen Cabinets) rendered my cabinets' design with a standard cabinet module design, which saved me money.

The final products were nicely built and finished. Emily was always responsible, professional and dedicated to her work. She was also very patient and polite. Most importantly, she is very intelligent and knowledgeable about her trade. I would highly recommend Emily and QKC
