Southeast Kitchens

An overall positive kitchen remodel project with Southeast Kitchens. This is our second kitchen in 15 years, different houses, so we knew what we wanted. Jonathon, Beth, Jonah and Michael delivered to a "T". Most importantly, the contractors were good to work with/ around and were respectful of property and daily clean-up. Great communication and follow-up from Beth and Jonah.

The schedule of events was clear and executed on time with few glitches or interruptions. The overall project cost was very reasonable and included refinishing 1000 sq ft of hardwoods. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

I await the final efforts of Southeast Kitchens. Beginning last year, it has been a very long journey from initial planning, tweaking, retweeking, and finally installation. Currently, my general contractor is seeking a new electrician (Covid setback). Johnathan is generously keeping my cabinets in a climate controlled warehouse until all else is coordinated. And all else is, save the electrician work! What more could I ask of this kind gentleman? I would very highly recommend this vendor!

We had the most amazing experience working with Southeast Kitchens for the gut renovation of our 1940's kitchen. Jonathon was a pleasure to work with and he helped patiently guide us through all of the decisions that need to be made in an overhaul like ours. When you take on a project of this size, you spend a lot of time with the team you choose to work with, and Jonathon and his subcontractors were fantastic from start to finish.

We were in the middle of our renovation when Covid hit, throwing us a huge curveball. And even under that new pressure, Southeast Kitchens was on top of it and keeping us safe while the work continued. We had a very tight budget and a lot to get done. Jonathon was pivotal in helping us to develop a plan that not only looks stunning as a finished project, but it was a plan we could afford. The complements on our kitchen are endless, and we truly love the space Southeast Kitchens helped us to create. So thankful to have found them!

Our kitchen and dining area were sadly outdated. We wanted a completely new and modern look and Jonathon Leeke and Southeast Kitchens in Charleston, S.C. delivered superbly. Jonathon patiently and skillfully guided us through the selection process; the work team was exceptional. We are so pleased and happy with our beautiful kitchen from Southeast Kitchens.

We worked w/ Fran on this project for a complete kitchen renovation. We met with him a couple of times to pick out countertops, a sink, and cabinets. He had lots of options and was really helpful with giving his professional opinion as to what would work/what would not. He sent us to a couple of other stores to pick out appliances and tiles, which he had worked with before.

It was a long process (1 months), but he had a schedule for everything (eg, plumbers, tile, appliance installation). He was very responsive when we called with issues (eg, flooring, incorrect placement of plumbing valves, minor blemishes in cabinetry), but the people that worked on the project were professional and did a good job. We were super happy with the overall outcome, and still love our kitchen!

We worked with Southeast Kitchens to fully renovation our kitchen and master shower. We did our homework and researched many contractors before selecting them and liked their approach, knowledge, design ideas, products and pricing from the beginning. We were very pleased with their great customer service throughout the project and their commitment to completing the scope of work according to the schedule.

We have worked with many contractors and Southeast Kitchens was among the best - always professional, fair and responsive. No construction job ever goes perfectly, and there are always a few surprises, but our project was relatively smooth and when there was an issue, Jonathon and his team responded quickly to our concerns and worked to resolve them as soon as possible.

In the end, we LOVE our new kitchen, and have received many compliments, and our master shower is spectacular! After going through significant home renovations and working with many contractors, we would highly recommend Southeast Kitchens.

Southeast Kitchens delivers once again! The flow around our bar area in the kitchen and living space needed improving. We turned to SE Kitchens to re-imagine the space and up-level the finishings; wow, were we pleased with the end result. Having hired them a few years ago for a kitchen remodel, we were confident they had the skills and ability to tackle our bar. From design, to demo, to rebuild, to punch = very positive. We recommend!

We had Southeast Kitchens do a complete make-over of our kitchen from the flooring up, including relocation of appliances. They did an EXCELLENT job. As with any such large project, there were occasional slight delays, but none that were unexplained. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they hired great sub for things that needed it, such as countertops. We like them so well that we persuaded them to get outside of their usual zone and do our wet bar (a complete room). I highly recommend them.

We engaged Southeast Kitchens to update the kitchen and four bathrooms in our Kiawah island home. Since we live in the metro New York area after the initial consultations our contact with Southeast Kitchens was mainly through email text and phone. Despite these challenges working with the team at Southeast Kitchens was a pleasure, simple decisions were addressed through common sense while the more complex ones were handled with a high degree of professionalism and were therefore from our perspective pain free.

The results of this project have transformed our home into a beautiful modern space where our friends and family love to gather. We would highly recommend Jonathon and the team at Southeast Kitchens for the quality of their work, the timely execution, transparency of the costs and the ease with which an extensive renovation was delivered.
