We went to pick out countertops and such for our new home. Amy N. was honest, efficient and easy to work with. She kept me on budget mostly. Sales experience was great. I took my time to make my selection and staff was very helpful and accommodating. The template process was easy and the installation went great. The finished product looks wonderful.

These great folks installed a granite kitchen counter in a less than perfectly square location, as well as a bathroom vanity counter. They got it all perfectly and Amy was ever so helpful in educating us since we'd never had granite or gone through the process before. She also helped us identify a very reasonably priced remnant to be used for our new fireplace hearth. We highly recommend them!

I have just completed my second project through Sudbury Granite and Marble. Every step in the process was enjoyable and supported by professional and knowledgeable staff. They helped me to pick out the materials, providing advise based on my preference and functional needs in the kitchen. The measurement and installation personnel were on time, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. My kitchen is beautiful! I highly recommend them for any granite project.

I was shopping for a granite remnant that was large enough to cover my bathroom vanity. I found an absolutely gorgeous piece at Sudbury Granite. Kristen worked tirelessly with me to find just the right piece of granite. She had an amazing amount of patience and a great sense of humor. Liz was wonderful in helping me pick co-ordinating tile for my vanity backsplash, tub surround, and shower frame, and also 24 ceramic tiles for my new floor. Liz, too, had great taste, amazing patience, and a great calculator to match my choices with my pocketbook.

Both Kristen and Liz answered numerous phone calls and emails from me so that all my questions and concerns were taken care of. Granite installation day came and the two installers were on time and very professional. They worked closely with my contractor to make sure everything was installed correctly. When they were finished they cleaned everything up. The next time I have a project that calls for granite and tile I will head straight to Sudbury Marble. THANK YOU SUDBURY MARBLE AND GRANITE!

Very, very happy with the finished look. The rep who came out to measure was very professional and helpful. The installation reps were professional. polite and helpful. My only suggestion is to have earlier communication from the office as far as scheduling the appointments. Very easy company to work with.

I bought a new house over a year ago and the company we bought our house from only uses Sudbury Granite. We were told that the granite needed to be sealed every year. After about 4 month of living in our new home we noticed the granite in our kitchen started to become very dark and stained. When I called the contractor I was told not to try to seal the granite because it would lock the stains in.

So I left the granite only for it to continue to get darker and darker. I called Sudbury Granite and was told someone would come to look at the granite. A man from Sudbury Granite came over to look at the granite. He specifically said the granite did look horrible and it should not be getting this dark. He told me he could take the whole island back to the shop to have it fixed but then decided to try a poultice in a small area to see if it would take out the staining.

He told us to leave the poultice on for 48 hours and if it looked better when we took it off he would do the island and counter tops. Once we took the poultice off it did make the stain go away in that one area. When I called Sudbury Granite to have him finish the job I was told I'd have to pay a hefty fee for this service, even though the person who came agreed the granite shouldn't look like that after 4 months!

During one of my phone calls to Sudbury Granite I was told the granite should not be turning dark already and she was going to try to help us and waive the fee. I was then transferred to an extremely unhelpful woman who was unwilling to help at all and insisted on charging us (even though several people in the company said this problem was not right).

We would even have to sign a waiver before they fixed the granite in case we didn't like how it turned out! She told me I could replace the granite with her company at full price! We only had the granite for 4 months! I feel Sudbury Granite is one of the worst company's I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I would recommend this company to no one. This company has horrible customer service and they do not stand by their product.

Absolutely awful experience with this firm. I own an award-winning building & remodeling firm that is ranked within the top 5% of firms nationally and has been since 2006. I am also a highly-decorated Naval officer and fighter pilot that has been in business for decades. We have built this business by going the extra mile to satisfy our clients. Sudbury Granite sold us a stain protection kit that they promised would prevent stains on the new countertop.

The stain protection cost ~10% of the total cost. Not insignificant, but we felt it was a very good investment for our client's top. Within 2 days of the installation, the client called and said they had a stain. It took months, but the sales rep from Sudbury Granite finally came out to look at the stain, and suggested we either live with it as it was off to the side of the counter, or try some type of paste solution to remove it.

This counter cost several thousand dollars. If it were my countertop, I wouldn't, "just live with it" and I would not expect my client to do so either. Not being a granite fabricator, we were reluctant to try "some type of paste" for fear of damaging the counter. We called the firm that warranties the stain protection kit, and they said THIS TYPE OF STAIN wasn't covered by the warranty.

They suggested I contact a granite fabricator for the stain removal, which we did. This gentleman came out and was able to quickly & easily remove the stain, but we had to pay him as much as the stain protection cost. Sudbury Granite would not refund our money for the stain protection, nor would they return our calls. We were going to do whatever it takes to satisfy our client and I had hoped that Sudbury Granite would do the same for us.

Their business practices are deceitful. Unfortunately, all they care about is the sale. Once they are paid in full, the problem is not their problem. We now have a client that is thrilled and their word-of-mouth recommendations will more than compensate us for the time & $ we had to expend to satisfy them. I would not want anyone else to get burned by Sudbury Granite.
