We are very pleased with the customer service and quality of work done by Surface Source Design Center! We utilized them to tear out and replace our master bath shower, flooring, countertops, and cabinets. We also utilized them to replace the cabinets and countertops in our guest bath. In addition to this, they replaced our kitchen countertops and backsplash. Their beautiful showroom and staff made it a great experience to visualize our finished product.

This place was amazing! We needed to fix a kitchen counter top with trim damage ASAP. I went in with a piece or the material and got it matched. The ladies at the main entrance were awesome, friendly, and knew exactly what we needed. The guys in the shop cut the piece we needed, even got me some glue and a small brush to patch things up. They literally saved the day and we will be going there from now on.

Definitely would not recommend. I met with them in October to remodel a kitchen. Mason came out and measured and then referred me to a general contractor who took over a month to get me a bid. then back to the drawing board with Misty and no further along than when Mason measured the first week of October. Had appointments for them to come out and REmeasure but didn't even have the decency to call and cancel just sent a text the morning of the meeting. A TOTAL waste of my time! VERY unprofessional!

These folks are the best! We had searched extensively for just the right tile for our backsplash, and for someone to install tiles in our kitchen and dining rooms. We found the exact tiles we wanted, at good prices. The installers were great, arrived on time and very professional. We have plans for more tiling and we will be returning here for all our tile and flooring needs. Very satisfied!

We use them for all of our projects. They offer flooring, tile, counter tops, and have a very broad selection. Ordering isn't really that bad on timing, and the staff is amazing. I can call or go in and they are equally as helpful. The few times there have been mistakes, they have been very helpful and helped fix it regardless of which end it came from.
They also offer install and we use it often, even on our own home as contractors. Highly recommend. This is a great local addition to businesses and you won't be disappointed. We have used them for years now.

Ordered four pieces cut for a shower surround three weeks ago. Was told two or three days. Paid $189. Called three weeks later to see if it was ready. Nope but they could have it next day. Went today to pick up. Dark slate gray. Unfortunately my shower tile is shades of tan. Told me they cut it for me and I needed to take it. Fortunately had a picture of my shower. Got refund. Never again
