So happy to share the awesome experience I had in the showroom with Nancy. Nancy and all of the individuals I met were professional, courteous and infinitely patient with all of the questions I had. Nancy provided a slew of design ideas in an array of styles. making it challenging to chose between all of the beautiful choices. Would definitely use again and highly highly recommend. We're fortunate that Trimline is in our neighborhood.

When forced to remodel my kitchen due to a fire I turned to Trimline Design Center. As a repeat customer I knew I would be dealing with a professional staff, high quality products and trusted workmanship. The design and installation process was choreographed and implemented by owners Nancy and Rick Ware and seamlessly done. They were a pleasure to work with.

No question on concern was dismissed as unimportant or frivolous. A friendly yet professional atmosphere made you feel comfortable as a valued client. The attention to detail was amazing and the end result fantastic. Thank you for your patience and guidance in this project. I absolutely love my kitchen! What a pleasant experience to stop by this beautiful showroom where I met Nancy who took the time to show me materials and talk about ideas for kitchen remodeling. We had an extremely positive experience with Trimline. We did a huge remodel on our home and a big part of that was our kitchen. Nancy was wonderful and took us through a very thoughtful and detailed process to design our kitchen both from a function as well as aesthetic perspective. They have a thorough process from beginning to finish. Even their installer Paul was wonderful and spent so much time in our home making sure everything was just right.

If anything needed to be adjusted/changed, they were very responsive and professional. They made everything right and we very much appreciate it. We love our kitchen and would recommend Trimline without reservation!

My husband and I went to Trimline to get information about possibly redoing our kitchen. Nancy was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and even came out to our house to look at our existing kitchen and offer ideas and suggestions. In the end, we decided to hold off due to other projects we were going to do but when we are ready to move forward with our kitchen, we will definitely come back!

If you are looking to remodel your kitchen look no further. Trimline is the perfect place. No decorator needed. Nancy and Richard came up with the perfect plan for my kitchen. They are with you guiding you from start to finish. I used some of their contractors and I use some of mine. However I recommend everyone that they use. Excellent service. They show up 2 to 3 times a week and called periodically to make sure everything is running smoothly and in time. They are totally hands on from beginning to end. I can not say enough about them and their service. No wonder they have been in business all these years.

Doing any type of remodeling or construction in your home can be such a stressful process, especially when you remodel your kitchen -what I consider the heart of the home. The Trimline team, however, made this process an enjoyable one. From day one, we felt at ease with their preparation, professionalism, and attention to detail. While we had an idea as to what we wanted to do in our kitchen, Nancy, the owner, brought our ideas to life.

I can't speak highly enough about Nancy Ware at Trimline. We had a water line break and had to gut and completely renovate our kitchen ASAP. Nancy has done an amazing job - she listened to what we were trying to accomplish, helped us select Everything, guided us through the process, drew up detailed plans, and we ordered everything in one week! HUGE LET DOWN IN QUALITY AND SERVICE. Excessive cabinet deterioran, now four years later company refusing to replace after previous repairs failed to cure the problem. Do you research, choose KCMA.org for information and recommendations to quality retailers and manufacturers. Mr. Ware, owner not willing to help, be prepared for his false accusations to avoid taking responsibility.

Kitchen remodeling is so overwhelming but with Trimline Design you can feel at ease. It has a beautiful showroom that offers you a variety of kitchen designs & styles you can see & touch to help you visualize your dream kitchen. Nancy, the owner is simply just wonderful! We can't say enough about her. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful eye when it comes not only to the aesthetic portion of your kitchen but to its functionality.

She's patient and never makes you fell pressured. I love the fact that she is so detailed in every aspect of the kitchen. Every cm is accounted for and if that wasn't enough you have quick Rick;) (Nancy's husband) double checking the measurements on site. Trimline has really helped us through this process and we are excited about continuing to work with them with other areas of our house. Pictures will follow soon.

Went here years ago. Very very expensive and the designer was rude. Shopping for cabinet vendors and appliances yielded a much more high end kitchen at a fraction of the cost of the basic Trimline product.
