Services
The Zinn tradition began in 1944 when Orman Zinn began making wooden toys for the children of his gasoline route. When an aunt wanted something to cover the plumbing in her kitchen, Orman made a cabinet in the upstairs workshop in the Zinn family home. He loaded the finished cabinet on the side of the gasoline truck, delivered it, and thus Zinn Kitchens began.

You will not get better cabinets than these. And the design support is fantastic, they are a family business that has been around for years. Skip the home improvement stores and keep your money local. There is no substitute for experts in both design and construction and they warranty their work. Be sure to quote them on your next project!

We bought new cabinets and countertops from Zinns about 2 years ago. We were told we would get to take a sample of our cabinet door home to make sure we got the stain we wanted. We bought hickory and they let us take an oak board home at first. Then they never let us take on in hickory home. We do not care for the color it turned out. We bought corian countettops because we were told the counter and backsplash would be all one piece.
After giving us 2 days notice that the countertop (that we never finalized) was being installed, it turned out to not be one piece. This issue was to be reviewed when the came back to install a door (over a year later). We have called and left a message to go over this issue several months ago and have not gotten any response. When they installed the door we asked them to make one os the sliding pull out drawers taller. All they had to do was replace 2 boards. Instead they screwed another board on top. It looked poorly done. Overall I would not recommend Zinns.
