All five of the above "like" choices could be checked. Megan dispatched Dakota and helper immediately, they were here within an hour or so. Extremely professional and friendly. Job was completed in less than two hours, work area was cleaned, we signed for the charges which were less than expected, they simply did it all and did it well. We had an identical experience with Turek's roughly a month before when they replaced a garbage disposer. They set the bar high - I don't see how anyone can do better with quality and customer service. Carole and David white

Tracy was supposed to be home when Tureks was going to do the install, but she got called into work. I called Katie since I wasn't sure if I would make it home in time and instead of canceling on us, she just said he would call a half hour before he would arrive. If I couldn't be there on time we could reschedule. I really appreciated the flexibility. Dakota showed up on time and came up with a game plan to install the larger garbage disposal. He cut the pipes down to accommodate the larger disposal. He had it installed and cleaned up very quickly. I would definitely recommend Dakota and Katie.

Tureks Plumbing Services is terrific! Katie and Andrea in Customer Service was very friendly, very professional, and has a "customer first" attitude and approach. The Service Techs, Cory was super to work with! He is very professional and very friendly as well, performed high quality work, payed extreme attention to details, and got me highly engaged in the installation process to ensure that their work perfectly matched my expectations. On a scale of 1-5, I would give these three Tureks Plumbing Services Team Members a 7. Thank you!

Tureks Plumbing did a great job on our remodel. Randy and Kyle were great to work with and dedicated to the quality of the workmanship. Randy and Kyle were careful with the property and cleaned up after they were done. Megan was excellent with scheduling and responsive with questions. Overall, they were a great team, customer focused and experienced.

This was the first time that we have used Tureks Plumbing Services. We had called to get an estimate for a water heater and after speaking with Eric we had him go ahead and install a heater that same day. He was friendly and informative and the rates were very reasonable as well as the quality of the product and services. We are very pleased and will use Tureks again!
