We worked with Sue Eble on a whole house remodel. Kitchen, laundry, and 2 bathrooms. She had so many suggestions to make our kitchen truly unique with tons of really beautiful storage solutions. She also showed us 3D images of what the kitchen would look like completed which was really helpful. She almost doubled the cabinet space we had before without changing the size of our kitchen. KSI carries several cabinet manufacturers, so we had no problem choosing a cabinet within our budget. She also drew up several options for our laundry room which we could choose from. We are highly satisfied with the product, and follow-up support we got from KSI and Sue.

We went in to get a quote for out bathroom countertop.found 2 we liked. The designer couldn't answer any questions about either one. We sent a picture and measurement to get a quote. It was VERY HIGH and I emailed to let her know.her response was ok thanks. We then went to another Kitchen and Bath and received a quote for the EXACT same thing and the new price was over $1000.00 cheaper. We then let KSI know the difference - they DID NOT care and said thanks again.
They PRICE Gouged and didn't seem to mind to lose the business. And knowing our "designer" couldn't answer any questions.this was probably for the best. I already have had better customer service at the new place.even before we decide which countertop we go with. Get another quote from somewhere else before you give KSI business

Went into this store, nobody knew anything of what I was speaking about.mentioned updating a bathroom and tub area and spoke to a total airhead that was fixated on closing the store down for the afternoon and had no clue of what my inquiry was. BATHROOM renovation.aka. KSI.don't waste your time at this place.very rude customer service.
