Dave Uhing has been awesome helping me with my deck project and went back and forth with me via e-mail and quotes until I was satisfied. I appreciated his patience and input into my project. I am having three bathrooms remodeled. I ordered pulls for all drawers and cabinet doors. Turns out the pulls I ordered won't work for the smaller drawers-something about the way they are constructed. I attempted to return the items and discovered they have a zero return policy! Unused, still sealed in package, with receipt. Nope! So I am just out of luck. This is an example of horrible customer service. I will be telling my contractor to warn his other clients of this terrible policy. I'm sure they have a "reason" but it's certainly not a positive experience for a customer.

I don't think Tanner nor Michael warrant even a 1 star. They do not know there job nor their product and when a mistake is made, rather than own it and make it right they put it back on the customer. They like to use comment like "you approved the ticket ". Yes that is correct. I approved the ticket. However, what is listed on the ticket is NOT the same as what was given me. Not the first time either. So I guess shame on me for going back. I won't be making that mistake again. For the record, the products are great. The customer service an knowledge base of the employees are severely lacking.
