Incredibly kind and helpful. Was able to make a selection quickly and see less with their help. The install was set for two weeks out and we're able to get it done within a week. The installers were precise, clean, detailed and nice. They were concerned able installing the counter cause it was slightly miscolored from what I had, but I assured them it was my choice. Nothing they had done. But I loved that they showed concern and were quick to ask before installing. Would recommend to everyone if you want superb counters, install and customer service.

Don's replaced countertops in three bathrooms as well as our kitchen. We're very happy. We worked with Kevin getting quotes (he had to meet with us several times because we kept changing our minds) and he was very helpful in providing advice. Troy did or supervised most of the work and he is excellent and very particular about the work he does. I'm picky and I was very impressed. None of our countertops were level before Don's arrived but they are now perfectly level.
They have some amazing equipment and their showroom is well worth a visit. If you get to see their cutting machine you'll enjoy that as well. We're still putting things back in place so things are a mess. Hopefully the photos will help, in spite of the mess.

I needed to have new countertops installed in my kitchen and bathrooms, but didn't know where to start since there are so many companies to choose from. I reached out to a couple other countertop companies and there were delays in responses or no response at all. I called Don's Custom Countertops and they were very responsive and happy to answer all of my questions. I ended up going with Don's.their communications and interactions were great, and the quality of work was excellent! Backsplash is next.

This is the second time we have used Don's. This was a more extensive total counter top replacement. They came through! Very professional no pressure sales and had a great variety. We replaced the dark granite with a white quartz that had some gray veining in it. Brighten the kitchen so much. Crew was great to work with very professional and thorough. Will use again if we ever need this type of work done.
Very highly recommended by us. And they are local and been in business 41 years so they must be doing it right. I would have posted pictures but we are not done with our kitchen and is still a bit of a mess.

Our experience with Don's Custom Countertops was exemplary from the first call to ask if we needed an appointment to come in (we didn't) to the professionalism of the installation job. We highly recommend this company. They take the necessary time to make sure the finished project is perfect. And it's a bonus that they are all such nice people. It was a highly pleasant experience all the way from start to finish.

We could not be more pleased with our new manufactured quartz counters recently installed by Don's. They were not only incredibly warm, kind and generous---loaning me a sample 3x when I had not purchased through them (had used Budget Homes.). I was so delighted to later learn they were tp be the installers Budget had arranged. I wanted to made a last minute change and was so impressed by how respectful and accommodating the office people were/are.
The installers were equally professional, skilled and creative as they had to make some adjustments w/our contractor on the fly. In an era when Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past, Don's peeps bend over backwards to make customers happy. I wish I could give 6 stars because Don's is truly exceptional in all areas!
