I have ordered from them twice and they were very knowledgeable and helpful when there supplier was backlogged they helped in getting the issue resolved quickly and I just love my countertops!

We went to Kitchen Tops to redo a cabinet, making it into an eating island. Sales rep was so accommodating showing us all types and styles of counter tops. Even gave us inst. On how to install since this will be a DYI project. Thanks for all of your help! We will definitely return.

Great service! I was looking for a remnant for my workshop and someone referred Kitchen Tops to me. I got there and someone at the front desk immediately took me in the back to go through some options. Seeing the stock it was obvious my needs could not have been met over the phone so I am glad I decided to go in and see what they had onsite. They could not have been nicer and I purchased exactly what I needed.
I then liked it so much I went back another day and a different person took me back and pulled out different options for me to look at, never once making me feel like I was taking up too much of their time as they let me decide on a color. The staff up front when I first got there and after I left all acknowledged me and were very friendly.

Costumer service: 2.5 star very difficult to get someone on the phone. Best way is to press "2" for sales otherwise leave a message and cross your fingers. Management service: 1.2 star - quote "We don't need your business". We were promised cabinets installed before a major company event and due to a "miscommunication" did not have our cabinets ready and was told there would be an upcharge if we wanted it installed in 5 days (way past our original agreed date). Presentation: 3 from their online reviews and pictures we figured this would be a decent company. overall: Disappointed.

Purchased two new vanity tops. Waited two weeks for "custom" fitting tops. Gave measurements and they incorrectly cut the three holes where the faucet, hot and cold levers go! You can see the outer cabinet thru the holes from the pics. No way for the backsplash to fit. The levers nearly hit the wall. I emailed the same day we picked up the tops. The holes were cut incorrectly. ( Forget calling, you need to wait a period of time and listen to the recording and then leave a message).
We had someone come in and cut away the wood so the faucet and levers would fit without any compromise to the cabinet. $100 After five days, a man called from from a Kitchen Tops. He was upset because we didn't give them a chance to see the vanity tops. We explained our house was just listed for sale and their were many ppl scheduled to view our home. We couldn't have the master bath without countertops.
He continued to blame my husband, but the work order doesn't have the size of holes nor the position/ measurement for the faucet or levers, leading us to believe it's a standard size located in the MIDDLE, not higher up. We asked for the $100. The guy hung up on my husband.

Highly recommend them. They did our kitchen a couple of months ago. Great work, on time and a great team to work with. Just got out Quartz top for our bath vanity. As with the kitchen, a great experience.
