We paid in full, as required by the Kitchen Shop on July 7, 2020 for new cabinets as part of our kitchen remodel. It has been over a year and a half and we are still waiting for the kitchen to be complete because the Kitchen Shop keeps sending defective cabinet doors. They have been slow to respond and seem to lack any creative problem solving skills. They continue to reorder the same doors from their same supplier over and over again despite not getting any better results.
It's the very definition of insanity. They blame the supplier, Mid Continent Kitchen Cabinets, but at some point we wish they could strategize for a way to deliver what they promised us and were paid for in full. It is very frustrating.

This company does beautiful work, just don't get a leak. Almost 4 years have gone by and we still have a leak from our shower. They tried to fix it, but it keeps coming back. Now they don't return calls and took my post off their FaceBook page. So, a $15,000 bathroom with lumpy peeling walls is what we're left with. This would be a 5 star rating, but we aren't happy with being ignored and still having a leak.

I ordered all new kitchen and master bath cabinets and countertops as well. I was not at all pleased with the communication or professionalism of the Mike Koning. I would not recommend using him or his services. Totally wish I would of chose a different company to work with as well as a different brand of cabinets. This job was in 2018. Not one person from this company has ever called or come out to our house to see the finished job.

I had a small kitchen and very little cupboard space. Victor came in, measured and worked some magic coming back with a design. Chris Grimes brought it to life! I'm thrilled with the job they did! So happy and the price was much less than their competitors and I got so much more. I highly recommend them
