They build great cabinets. The hinges that they have used for at least the last 16 years are complete garbage. On any high use cabinet door you will notice in a short amount of time. I've purchased 2 sets of kitchen cabinets through them over the last 16 years and never had a problem with their customer service, when a hinge would break I'd go to their show room and show the broken hinge and they would happily give me a new one. Made it easy to overlook the poor hinges.
Today I went to get a new one and was told they no longer will replace them and referred me to some website for me to purchase. I was also going to start the process of purchasing a new set of cabinets for a home we're remodeling. I decided the frustrations of broken hinges and now their unwillingness to replace them convinced me to take my business elsewhere.

Cabinets looked great when installed. Our job was a full kitchen remodel and we were reminded often how busy they were with bigger projects so there were plenty of errors and design issues that needed to be corrected or waiting until they got to us. It's still not totally complete but I'd say 99% so close enough and after many calls I'm done chasing them to finish it so I'm just calling it good and moving on.

Yes they aim for perfection. Back in Pennsylvania the Amish taught me the art and I see that in their cabinets
