Working with Jared was such a pleasure. He is kind and very responsive. Planning and execution was performed very well. His installers were on time and professional. The cabinets we had installed look great. We had a minor issue with one of our cabinets and Jared was quick to take my call, tell me he would fix the issue and make it right. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you!

We worked with a designer at Caruso and ordered cabinets through them. The cabinets had multiple problems due to manufacturer errors and inattention to detail or aesthetics. We sent photos and a description of the problems to Caruso. The owner, Jared Caruso, could not have been more communicative and cooperative. He acknowledged the problems as soon as he came to our house and took responsibility to make things right. He could have agreed with the manufacturer's rep who denied there was any problem but took the high road and took care of us.

The kitchen designer worked with us over a several month period then ordered our cabinets. However there were multiple problems with the product including construction and aesthetic issues. The Caruso owner, Jared, immediately acknowledged them and cooperated with us to correct them despite the opinion of the manufacturer's rep that everything was acceptable. We were extremely satisfied with Caruso's response and resolution to the problem and would use them again if needed.

We had an excellent experience with Caruso. Susie and Kim helped us to thoughtfully lay out our new kitchen, and it's gorgeous and practical.

We began working with Caruso Kitchens in the Spring of 2021 as we wanted to expand our kitchen and increase our storage space. Jerry & Jared were kind, professional, communicative and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. From design to potential delays due to supply chain issues, to install, I was aware of everything happening & instructed of everything needed on my end to ensure a successful install.

The end result is a brilliant wall of cabinets with counter-top that has added value to our home, and convenience to our kitchen. We love the way the cabinets fit seamlessly in our kitchen & our home. We would use Caruso Kitchens again in a heartbeat. They are an incredible local company to work with, filled with genuinely nice employees, all of whom care deeply about the quality of their work. 10/10!
