Do you deliver building materials statewide?
Yes, we deliver throughout Connecticut with a $20 fuel surcharge. Boom deliveries cost $100. Our delivery team handles both residential and commercial construction material transport.
Are your products available for immediate pickup?
Many standard items are in stock at our four locations. Special order materials require coordination with our suppliers but we maintain strong inventory levels for common construction needs.
Do you offer design assistance for cabinetry projects?

What are your showroom hours?

I purchased two ATRIUM White 760 Sieres Twin Casement windows from Lyon & Billard in East Hampton, CT. I have called Lyon & Billard six times over the last month and requested service assistance with a window that will not open. The windows were installed by a professional and the Building Inspector told me that the windows are installed correctly. Lyon & Billard is not providing service assistance.

We bought windows from L&B and they are terrible. The seal between the glass leaked within two years and the windows look dirty. Everything we purchased from this company is disappointing. When there's a problem they don't respond to the complaint. I would not recommend buying any building supplies from this company.

I had a good experience with them. They came in $500 cheaper than the closest competitor and delivered early. Will def use them again.

Bad experience. Don't go there. They charge me one price, I paid cash for the order then called me back and told me it was going cost me more money supposly they didn't have the material on stuck. Then I decided to cancelled the order. I went back with a Baby on the car and its half hour from my house really took me longer cause of traffic. Got there and I was told they didn't have cash and I had to come back tomorrow you gott to be kidding me what kind of business is this.? Omg. The staff was careless and rude. Don't go there this place is not worth it.
