Sink Installations

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had from management. I haven't ever seen a place care less about someone after they get your money. I was sold something i didn't order. I had it new in the box and they would not take it back. I asked for even 50% back because i didn't need it and was told to kick rocks. I could understand if this was a custom piece however it was a standard white cabinet that they probably sell hundreds of per week. I was blatantly told to go away. Wow I guess they showed me.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value It was a horrible experience from a contractor stand point who had dealt with them before they completely drop the ball for my company and almost cost me a 80k job in the process. I would not recommend them at all

I'm very disappointed with them. I've had positive experiences with them in the past but they no longer wish to deal with the public, they didn't say that it's due to the virus so I have to assume it's just a policy change. Ill take my business elsewhere
